Hello there,
Your Birch demo theme is considered to be Mobile Friendly by Google but I have bought and installed (imported demo data) the Birch template and I’ve not changed a single other thing. However it’s now failing the Mobile Friendly test.
Can you give me any insights as to what might be causing that? Google says Links are too close together and the Content is wider than the screen.

Hi, I can’t upload this theme into wordpress because “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.” Can you please help??

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix.

Please edit the Testimonials shortcode (once placed on a page) -> Find Auto rotate slides -> And set 5 or 10. This value is in seconds.

Hi, do you have the psds available if purchased (even if incomplete)? All our work is given to the client in prototype form 1st and i really don’t want to have to work from screen grabs or hack text and images with in the inspector window.

To enable this feature please navigate to your theme folder via FTP software and then into extendvc/extend-vc.php and open this file in a text editor. I want to import the Pine demo site as a starting point. If I choose the Import Type “All”, will I be able to replace content with mine and edit whatever settings I wish? Or should I choose “Content” or “Options”? I’ve read this part of the documentation, but it’s still not clear to me.

Our demos are meant to be used as a solid starting point in terms of design and placeholder content. In this case, we suggest that you import ‘All’ so that all parts of your site are covered ( different post types, pages, design options etc.) and go from there into adding your own content. After you’ve seen the options in the back-end and the way each post is created you can safely remove placeholder content from your site and leave your own original content.
