When I take a look at your website in both Safari and Chrome the header section perform just fine.
Please contact our support for further inspection of this issue. 
If i place a 300×250 ad in the footer, (mine is a 3 column footer), inside a voice adsense module and check the expand widget area to 300px checkbox then the ad it is not visible. The column shows correctly but the ad is missing. In portrait mode it works just fine even with that checkbox checked! i think it has something to do with media queries. Can you help? Tested on iPad Air landscape mode & iPhone 6Plus portrait mode. In these 2 the ad was not showing when “expand widget to fit 300px” was checked.

I updated to the latest version of Wordpress and the page builder does not appear anymore, I cannot add any modules. Having issues with the infinite scroll as well. Gave access to support but have not heard back. Please let me know what’s going on as my site is under maintenance mode and I need to go live ASAP.

We can confirm that there are no issues with latest version of WordPress. So, it must be something specific on your side. I would suggest to deactivate all of plugins you have installed as it’s maybe a conflict with some of them and see if it works after that.

WordPress has its own technical requirements when it comes to load js and css. Can you please point me out what do you think can be improved there as we are using the best practices already?
Schema.org is also something that may be a bit tricky as each website may have different markup depending on the type of the content and topics. Can you also be more specific on this one?

Are there any limits to the amount of categories you can have in a drop down? If you look at our site at http://www.professorshouse.com/ we have 7 sections… each one has between 4 and 7 categories in the drop downs.
At this point the system will not allow us to add any more categories to the drop downs, when we do… the main navigation bar disappears. We are trying to add 3 more categories within (Your Home / Decorating) drop down.
It is not limit with categories, it is obviously limit with the width of the website. If you have a lot of links, there is not enough space on the page to display it.
I suggest you to contact our support via http://mekhq.com/contact and we can provide you with additional css code to reduce the font size of navigation links and save some space there.

Great theme and so many options to play with. Keep up the good work. I wanted to ask if there is a specific lightbox functionality you use in your galleries when loading the full image. Can this be used to single images inserted in posts as well?
You can do it manually. When you insert image and link inside post/page content, you need to add “vce-image-format” class to link (a element) around the image and it will show in pop-up:

The google adsense ads are not showing up on my website.Had purchased this theme 2 months ago and currently using it on my website http://unglitime.com/.
Instead of the ads only white spaces are been shown.
Have mailed Davos several times but in vain.The problem still persists.
I really liked your theme thats why I have purchased it.Every thing is great except for the adsense.

Hi, one quick question: is it possible to control the way a featured image is being cropped as thumbnail? Because right now, some vertical images aren’t cropped the way we prefer (thumbnails show heads chopped off).

I’d like to disable the featured image from showing up on the individual post pages. I’ve figured out how to do that, but it also removes the author’s avatar from the top of the post page.
Add the following code to your themes stylesheet:
.main-box-single .meta-image {display: none;}Alternatively, in your Wordpress Admin area, if you go to Theme Options; General simply add the code to the Additional CSS area.

Please enable featured image on single post options and then go to Theme Options -> General -> Additional CSS field and paste this:
.main-box-single .meta-image {display: none;}
That way you will hide your featured images but author avatar will still be visible.

This worked, but the avatar is running into the date and comment metadata now. I’ve disabled the date and comment metadata for now, and added some margin-top to give the avatar some room between the headline and body content.
Also, I noticed that the author avatar doesn’t show up if there’s no featured image assigned to the post. Do you have a suggestion on how to get author avatars to show up in ALL posts?

Currently there is nothing that we can do about this – we will see what we will do with this part of theme in one of our next updates.
Author image is related to featured image option since we think that this is something that fits design and feel of theme perfectly.

Sorry for the pre-purchase question, but is it possible to have some classic blog posts on the homepage along with some modules? I’d like to be able to switch it up a bit so I have the most recent 1 or 2 posts displayed in a classic format and then add a module below that. I’ve looked at the theme options and I just can’t quite tell whether that is doable.
