How can I move Header Toolbar to the right from left?

Header toolbar is at the top of the page not left nor right.

Hi,

Very nice theme and good work.

i am using "Ganymede" on my website. As your demo i put social icons in side bar but they just show up on loading and then suddenly disappear. Please guide me

We added that feature cause sometimes social media icons conflict with menu items. You can override that behavior by adding code below into theme options -> advanced -> custom css:

body .header-section.hidden { visibility: visible !important; opacity: 1 !important; }

body .mk-header-right { z-index: 999; }

Hello i want to know how to put page under construction ? Is jupiter has a page under construction ?

Jupiter does not have such an option. You will need to use a 3rd party plugin for that.

I am using the edge slider in visual composer for my front page slider and in this view there is white on both sides of the slider. Is that suppose to be that way?

Also does the theme still have a place for google analytics?

Please use Row for Edge Slider shortcode wrapper and set its options to full width and attached columns.

And yes it is available in Theme options.

Both of those links will be taken care of for SSL connections in version 4.1 of Jupiter which will be released in 2 days.

Is it possible to modify the settings for light or dark skins? I cant seem to find it. Beyond that, when I switch from light to dark it makes no difference. Any clues? What am I missing?

Maybe you are using Edge slider. Edge slider has that option for each slide and overrides normal option in page.

Hi,

Is it possible to disable the link for portfolio category?

I don’t want people to be able to click the category link that leads to the archive.

A follow up questions is, when you want to click into the portfolio, there’s an arrow that you can click only. Is it possible to make the entire picture clickable rather than just the arrow?

Hello,

When I activate (after installing) this plug-in, the dashboard screen turns blank. I deleted everything (the domain name cache with the Wordpress installation and template 3 times now) and installed them again with this plug-in 4 times now and it doesn’t seem to work. I still get blank screens. The website itself is working but I can’t access the modify/config section of the Wordpress website anymore.

I also tried it on several computers but it did not matter. It worked on another website a month ago (with same Template and this plug-in)

How can I fix this?

Reply from Visual Composer: Hi, please make sure you are using latest version of Visual Composer – 4.5.1 if not you need to download/update latest version. If the problem still exists you will need to open support ticket at support.wpbakery.com and share your site credentials so our support team can help you out. If you received Visual Composer within a theme then you will need to ask your theme author for update or consider purchasing direct license.

Hey guys, love this theme but there is one thing that is driving me nuts.

On my site there is a light grey bar below the main slider (before the background) and I’ve tried EVERYTHING to reduce the size of it and can’t figure it out. Any ideas?

Dear Envato,

Been buying multiple templates from themeforest . Faced a very typical issue when I bought Jupiter Theme. It requires server settings:- These are the settings server vendors are unable to do. Kindly revert back to me asap. memory_limit = 128M max_execution_time = 600 max_input_time = 400

Here in India contacted various server vendors for this but they have all refused. Contacted Author of this they also dont have any answer for this. Please can I get the refund on this purchase as it is of no use to me.

As I remember you asked about PHP version only in ticket system. We answered back that you have no choice other than updating your php version to 5.4+

The requirements that you mentioned here is for demo import. And if you just want to use theme without demo then you do not need to have those increases.

But if you want to import demo then yes you do need those options.

We also have an alternative way for demo import using local installation. It is long process but worth the try. Please open up a ticket regarding this and we will inform you on how to do that.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly, I have upgraded to 5.4 but I still have the WSOD (I presume the hotfix will fix that?). Re the hotfix, do I need to do anything. Finally there are some other settings, SSL, PERL and CGI – do I need to enable any of these?

Really good theme, but I got 1 issue that needs to be fixed. Some elements like; tab slider or diagram process bar doesn’t show up properly on the “page with sidebar”. It seems fine on the full-width page but soon as add a sidebar, it collapses. Any solution please? Many thanks.

How can I import demo content for LayerSlider, for example, for homepage-4? Thank you.

Hi all,

I have about 40 client logos added to the clients panel but only half of them are showing up as an option to add to a carousel. Any ideas as to why this is happening? How can I fix this? Thank you, Leanne

When using the ‘Tabs’ I noticed that they ALL open up when viewed on a mobile device. Is it supposed to be this way? Is there a fix for this? Would be nice to have the Tabs work properly in mobile view. Thanks.

Accordions and tabs are not playing well on mobile devices and new trend in Wordpress community and web suggest that we disable those shortcodes on mobile devices and let information be there as simple as possible.

Our development team is considering to add an option to turn on/off the feature in the future.

Well I sure hope you keep them and enhance them, it’s the only way i have found to organize videos and such in an orderly way for our churches. and out of all the vc extentions etc out there the ones built into jupiter work the the best other than the fact that they don’t work on mobile. if i can put my vote in on this, please please keep them and make them work on mobile. i am sure many others will appreciate it as well. there are some very good uses for them. thanks for all you guys do.
