Well, we’re not aware of the original Porto(Spyropress)’s structure and how it works.
We are running version 1.4. In the later updates is there a visual editor for the Toggle element? It’s hard to use these without a visual editor, since it means our clients would need to know code. Thanks.

As your screenshot, you purchased Porto theme from Spyropress, not from us, The original Porto theme was removed permanently on themeforest due to lack customer service. Regards.

I’m not able to install via ftp plugins with pre-packaged sources…
For the rest of the requiered and recommended plugins there is no problem.
I’ve the lastest version of WP (4.2.2)

Ok. The problem was solved by definning ftp vairbles in wp-config.php with
define( ‘FTP_USER’, ‘username’ ); define( ‘FTP_PASS’, ‘password’ ); define( ‘FTP_HOST’, ‘ftp.example.org:21’ );

Hi, we are trying to add new icons via Icon Fonts Manager but cannot get the Icon Fonts Manager to work. We’ve uploaded the some ZIP files but working progress image (that placed near side of Upload New Icons) turning forever… No new set of icons. What can be the problem?

Sorry, I don’t have a solution in hotspot item issue. I think this is not porto theme issue and this is ultimate addons plugin issue.

When edit the menu item, you can edit “Tip Label”, “Tip Text Color”, “Tip Background Color”. If you are using header type 1, 4 or 13, you should edit Menu Custom Content in Theme Options > Main Menu. You should add custom style.

Hi, first i would like to apologize for posting comment on magento theme. Well I have question about widgeth on my porto theme that is using woocommerce. When I add woocommerce plugins to pages they don’t work correct, for example I added price filter and it works, but when I added categories list doesn’t work it is the same with article tags. When I click on category or tag i get 404 page not found.

Nevermind, I figured it out. Edit two files: woocommerce/loop/sale-flash.php and woocommerce/single-product/sale-flash.php files.
However, I’m still not sure how to bring that to product page. Can anyone help?
When edit the product, you should configure the regular price and the special price.

I have the WP and HTML theme. You all are doing a great job. However, I have a quick question:
If you look at the MegaMenu, under “Shop” you will see the image at the bottom (shipping, money back, and 24/7 support) but I can’t find where this image is at. I went to Menus and see Menu Banner and Menu-Ads, but I can’t find the actual media for this. Same thing, with the product detail sidebar. Where can I find the Ad-Block graphics?
I want to see the actual image, image size, etc. so I can create new ones.
Hi, Porto theme have custom content type – Block. You can see dummy blocks in Blocks on admin sidebar. You should edit “Menu Ads”, “Woo Sidebar Banner”, etc.

I have just purchased and downloaded your latest version 2 but the import of data is not working, it appears to hang and do nothing?
It just keeps timing out and will not import. I originally downloaded your earlier version today and had no issue installing the content but decided to start a fresh with your latest version 2…could I have upgrade the previous version to version 2 as that might have been easier in hind sight?

This theme requires the following plugins: Master Slider, Porto Content Types, Porto Shortcodes, Porto Widgets, Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer and WPBakery Visual Composer.
