Pre-sale question: In the Demo 8 there is a nice logo of “Brooklyn”. It appears to be in the “hero_inner” div class. Can I replace this image with my logo which is about 4x the size (without the text)?
I can see the Brooklyn logo small is 120×92. I Would like to add my own logo that is about 480×368. Will that display correctly?

Hello, I have got some questions and would be very thankful for your help. Is it possible to activate the child-theme belatedly? I can activate it but all pages are empty and I can’t add new pages. It seems as if something has to be amended in the database. When I reset the database, activate the child-theme and import a demo, it is possible to configure the theme. Congratulations on a fantastic theme. I have two small questions. 1. Where can I change the menu separator? Rather than there being a round circle between each menu entry I’d like to change it to a / 2. Where in the CSS can I adjust the menu text size without making the responsive menu version messed up?

The image has still an aspect ratio, this is kept and the image is centered in this case to make sure it covers the screen.

full section especially their height are not supported by the theme. You need to make some coding to achieve the styling. Basically a JavaScript Solution can do the job in this case.

Well , that possible by placing 5 slider top of each other and each slider is part of a section. You can use the Slider Revolution plugin in this case which comes for free when purchasing this theme.

Great Theme! For some reason, I can’t get access to my theme options on my PC. When I click it, The page opens then freezes, and nothing is clickable, so I have to use my mobile phone to get into my theme options to make changes.
Also, I have AdSense on my site, will you be adding an option to place Adsense ads in the header? I have it now, but it does not work on mobile. If not, is there a php that you can provide to make my ads show up in the header on mobile as well? Thank you.

Hi – we like your theme and just opened a new site at www.cohen-sabban.lu.
We noticed that our homepage team section doesn’t seem to be mobile responsive – instead of dropping one employee below the other, it squeezes them onto the same line so the photos are chopped in half and also the description is squashed so you only get one word per line.
Do you have a plan to fix this or is there a way to make the staff align vertically on mobile so they don’t get squashed?

Thanks for your response. That problem resolved itself, although it was not a cache issue, maybe server issue? We have a few questions please:
1. On the top menus of the site (main menus), we’re trying to replace 2 of the menus with 2 x buttons, can you advise us how to achieve this?
2. Some of the texts in the theme are very light grey, we want to make all texts black every time (except where we have used special admin settings to create white texts and other colours). Please let us know how to achieve this.
3. How can we achieve a larger logo on the site?
4. How to make top menus (including drop down menus) to all be Higher case and lower case mix? For example instead of ‘ABOUT US’, we want it to be ‘About Us’.
5. We are using the style 13 of your theme, we copied the slider you used for the cooking/recipe images that have snow flakes on them, but we want to remove the snow flakes from the image and have a normal image in the slider. How can we remove the snow flakes effect?

Hello Thank you for a very nice theme. I’m setting up my website by localhost and using your online documentation as a guide. I’m having problem with the Hero Slider. I pick Background-Image-Slider, set-up two Slides to test and set animation speed to 1000, and set slideshow speed to 2000
The problem is the 1st slide just fade out instantly and 2nd slide shown instantly and stop there. How do I fix this problem?

sorry for our late response in this case. We have been on holiday. To come back to your question. There are no templates for full width content. Full width sections are only available for front pages but not for sub pages. You can hide menu and footer completely at least with some custom CSS.

Urgent pls help! We just tried to do the theme installation and got an error. Right after installing we clicked to install all the recommended plugins and this error appeared:

are you using the latest theme version? This was an issue with an old TGM Class prior to 2.4.2 ( which is part of the current theme version ) at least please re download the theme here at themeforest, unzip it and install all plugins inside the “Plugins” folder manually or re install the theme.

we are currently pushing an update to themeforest which can solve the issue. In meantime please install the plugins manually, all plugin are provided for manual installation as well. Please download the “All files” package , unzip it and install all plugin which are inside the “Plugins” folder. Simply go to “Plugins” > “Add New” > “Upload” and install them one by one.

Hi! We found another issue. We uploaded a logo, but the logo won’t change on frontend. Also any change you make to the theme appearance in a dmin does not show on frontend to anyone who is not logged in to the admin area. Please advice, we have spend several hours making changed in admin and are afraid to log off so we don’t lose all the changes.

Sounds like you are using a cache plugin. Please deactivate the plugin while developing are empty the cache after making changes.

Hi, i’m facing some issues with the gallery.
Currently the filter sections is not working properly because the filter only filters one page. For example, there are 5 photos in total but when i choose ‘photo’ only 4 appears, the 5th photo is in the second page and therefore, when we click to the second page of the gallery, only 1 photo which is the 5th photo appears.
