Hello, is it compatible with mailchimp? Thanks
Hi estudiococo,
yes our templates are compatible with MailChimp.
Thanks. What I could check is background-image is not shown in Hotmail. Any idea? Thanks again
Hi estudiococo, hotmail doesn’t support bg images, you can add a solid background colour meant as a fallback. Please mail us for further support questions: support[at]rocketway.net
Hello guys,
I’m really impressed by the quality of the theme builder and I really hope you got a lot of profit of this e-mail template.
Anyways I was just wondering is there a bug with the responsive background of the e-mail template when viewed with gmail native client.
I’m having trouble to set a background on the header and other places that acts responsive and has full width when viewed on a big screen display with gmail as MUA.
I think it’s because of using inline styles, which are forbidden in gmail ( or at least some set of them ).
I’m attaching some links with screenshots I made :

What are your comments on that?
Hi iglika,
Thank you for purchasing Destiny.
Gmail and Yahoo mail don’t support CSS for background images so these background images won’t stretch in their platform. Please upload large background images (2000px width) to fix this. This is also mentioned in our item description
Please email us to: support[at]rocketway.net for further questions.
Cheers,
Sebastian

Hi ampr1,
Thank you for your interest.
If Emma email service support valid HTML it should be okay.
Please send us an email to: support[at]rocketway.net if you like us to send you a sample HTML file of Destiny so can test it in Emma email service.
Cheers,
Sebastian
Hi. 2 questions
1. The proximanova-thin font is showing a 404 from your server. Could you please fix that? 2. Is there any way I can make the builder export the HTML version with my self hosted fonts so I don’t have to change it everytime?
Hi sirkong,
Thank you for your purchase.
1. Thanks for letting us know about the error, we just fixed it. However, Destiny doesn’t have the proximanova-thin font in the CSS, although we do have the font-face with proximanova-thin at the top
2. We have a license that customers may use the proxima nova but only if it’s hosted on our server. If you want to use it on your own server you need to purchase a license.
Cheers,
Sebastian
Hey Sebastian,
Thanks for your answer. I see the 404 is gone. Good. Regarding the hosted fonts. You should put that clearly on the description as it’s not mentioned anywhere. I don’t know how are these things handle usually but I don’t like to buy something and depend on the provider to be able to use it or pay any extra I wasn’t aware of. Besides, I already received a 404. By mistake or by a technical problem it’s still a 404. Are you able to handle a huge load? Just take into account, if I send this email to 1 million addresses you’ll get 19 million hits just for the fonts.
Cheers.
Hi sirkong,
thank you for your response! Good point, we will add this to the description. The premium fonts are a bonus and our customers don;t buy these fonts from RocketWay, it’s just an extra. If you like it you can use it, if you prefer to manage fonts yourself you only need to make small adjustments in the code. Regarding the 19 million hits, we will discuss this in the next team meeting, thanks!
Cheers, Sebastian
