I cant delete or change the “milestones” part, cant find it anywhere. Same for the information on the left with the “contact me” part, cant find it anywhere, cant change anything (like the times, phonenumber etc.).

Those sections are in the “Reuseables” tab, once in there you’ll see the section to edit containing those areas.
They’re in the “Reuseables” section so that you can edit in one place since those sections are shown across your site pages.

You can deactivate the license on the same page in your WordPress admin area that you add the license on, so you can activate it on your new domain/location.

I had to delete the wordpress installation of the site where I had the license but when installing it again it tells me that my license is already activated and does not give me options to deactivate it and activate it again. can you help me?

No sorry, a license can be used on 1 website only, you would need to purchase additional licenses for any other websites you want to use the theme on.

Also for future reference if you need to deactivate your site before moving domains or resetting your WordPress install you can deactivate the license on the same page in your admin area that you activate the license.

How to edit bottom of the site on Gym demo? I can edit till “Blog post” in “Stay in the loop section” Cannot find “Contact” or ” Sponsor section anywhere.

Those sections are in the “Reuseables” tab in your WordPress admin area, once in there you’ll see that section(s) to edit. You can use the page builder to edit those sections as well.
The “Reuseables” are global sections set to show across your site pages, that way they can just be edited in one place.
