Hi there seems to be a bug on the cart page with the shipping radio buttons being over the labels. I’ve updated WP and WC and the theme and still have the issue. Any fixes for this? Thanks

Our customer has baught this theme a few years ago and of course has lost his purchase code. No matter, support has expired of course ! We are about to update their website to install woocommerce and we would like to know if our current theme version could be updated without facing several problems. I’m looking into adding support for Elementor. Elementor should work on the theme, but demos and elements won’t show up in Elementor widget panel.

Does your theme support elementor?
Hello,
Elementor should work, but demos and elements are built for WPBakery Builder so the theme’s elements won’t show up in Elementor.
This may change soon to support fully support Elementor depending on user request for it.

Good day. I wanted to use some Module Template in the Rev Slider but when i attempt to install it asks me for the code. When i tried to put in my purchase for the theme is rejects. Does it mean the Rev Slider the Theme is purchased with does not have a code or ? Thanks in Advance

If you’re referring to Revolution Slider’s premium addons/etc, then you’d need to purchase a license from them for those features they offer.
I cannot get in to the theme support. I purchased this theme 3 months ago and I need help with what appears to be a glitch in your theme. I have tried to get in and register, but it keeps telling me that my theme is already registered to an account, but I do not have one. Please advise. This is pressing!

If you can post on the Theme’s Support Forum I can check that out for you. Could be in the theme options custom css tab, or a style that was set somewhere else as that line is not in the theme.

Hi, i wrote yesterday in support forum but i don’t have the answer yet. I have 2 big problems:
1) I can’t see the “theme options” into “907 Theme” in left menu in backoffice
2) When i go to import a demo, backoffice say to me “you don’t have permission to access this page”, and i don’t know why.
Can you help me? the purchase code is validate, so that i don’t know why i have problems like this.

I have bought 907 theme some time ago, installed it – and now I have updated/ installed it (and a lot changed), and registered the licence in Wordpress. I´m trying to access the support forum to learn how to get my website to look the way it used to, but when I try to register this is the error I get: Sorry, but that item purchase code has already been registered with another account. (using the link inside Wordpress where I´m using the theme, and are logged on to my account)
I then bought support for 6 months to get help, but don’t know where to find it. Please help =) My email address is ToneroseDesign@gmail.com
