I am thinking of swapping out your image slide for this revolution slider, i know you can’t offer specific support for third party modules. But do you think issues might eb likely?

Third party modules should mostly work without any issues. There is the possibility of compatibility issues like one of the jquery plugins I’m using might not work well with the revolution slider plugin. Other than that module position could be an issue but I’m pretty sure there are already lots of answered questions about compatibility so you can probably swap the slider module without too many issues. But again, I cannot guarantee it.

I am interested in purchasing your Theme for prestashop. I have a few questions before I purchase.
1) Complete newbie with technical design, yes understand the back office in prestashop but not familiar with hooks, editing css, etc. How difficult to setup and make changes to the theme?
2) I would like to setup where the home page displays the categories http://tinyurl.com/lp52q38 basically, can you theme be configured without much effort and technical know how like the example provided? 3) Do you provide any type of customization services?
4) Does your theme work with prestashop version 1.6.0.8

Thank you for your interest.
1) To setup the theme, you don’t need any CSS or HTML knowledge. Just setup the Prestashop and install the theme. Then you need to configure the modules which you can do it via the back office of the Prestashop. For the customizations, you will need some CSS knowledge.
2) If you look at the 3rd demo of the theme, you can see that I have a similar setup. You can easily setup those block by uploading image and inserting the link of the category, again you can do that from the module configuration, you don’t need any CSS or HTML knowledge for that.
3) I’m not providing any kind of customization services. But if you have any issues with the theme, you can open a support ticket and I will try to help you as best as I can.
4) You need to install the latest version of the Prestashop, which is 1.6.0.9. There are a lot of changes between Prestashop versions and the theme always supports the latest version.

Thanks for getting back with me. I have some follow up questions.
1) Does your theme provide any type of editor, front end or back end besides configuring the modules?
2) As for the categories on the home page, can the home page slider be disabled without simply creating a blank area, looking for something where display a little content and rest display the categories?
3) How does your theme work with third party modules like attribute wizard pro, not asking if you provide support, simply would like to know if you have any reported users using your theme and that module without issue?
4) Does the theme include a quickstart setup with the products/images/content?

1) Autumn has a theme config module that you can configure some of the aspects of the theme. It’s not super detailed like many other themes but you can control some of the stuff like main color scheme, layout mode etc. from the main theme module.
2) You can disable any module you don’t want to use it.
3) Autumn is based on default theme, means that most of the third party modules should work without any technical issues. But of course I’m not giving any guarantee for any third party modules.
4) All the modules have little bit of a demo content included in them but don’t expect too much. It won’t look like one of the demo sites when you firsts start, you will have to configure the modules but again they have little bit of a content so it’s not completely empty.

If you followed the steps @sparrowsitn mentioned and encountered the problem, then it is a Prestashop issue. I tested it with vanilla Prestashop 1.6.0.9 and exact same issue is happening so it’s definitely a core issue.

I can also confirm that Ajax stops working on version Prestashop 1.6.0.9. I recently upgraded to Prestashop 1.6.0.9 and Ajax stops working and the cart and a few elements get pushed to the left. This appears only to be in Chrome (only tested in Chrome and Firefox). I had to roll back to the previous version of Prestashop.

Just setting up an ongoing development version of my site and I’m now getting 403 while trying to add new mega menu items.
“Forbidden You don’t have permission to access /dev/psAdmin/index.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
Any pointers on how to possibly fix this or where the cause of the problem might be?

I think there is a little bug when the megamenu display over the countdown in the products. I’ve changed: .grid .item-countdown { z-index: 5001; } to z-index: 50; from layout.css and now the countdown is below the megamenu.

Hi , I updated prestashop and tried to reinstall the new autumn version after deleting all the old modules and old theme but I ve got this error after activating the theme and goign the the website homepage :

Total products (tax incl.): 49€ Total shipping (tax incl.): 3.58€ Total: 43.46€
When the total should be 52.58€

I have resolved the issue. I have modified the order-payment.tpl. I have replaced this line:
{displayPrice price=$total_price_without_tax}
for this:
{displayPrice price=$total_price}
