I purchased the blance theme and installesd it without problems. The only problem is : when I insert a slider with revolution slider and I decide on a full widht the theme has not the option of the full widht. How can I resolve this? In the demo of the theme they use slider with a full widht.

Hi, how are you? I have a problem on my theme search. When I search items there is no result.
I have a problem with the theme on browsers such as Safari and Opera. My page looks different on them than on Chrome, Firefox etc. First I thought that the problem is somewhere in my page, but than I opened the demo page, and it also looks different on each browser. Chrome, Firefox – ok, Safari, Opera – slightly different. Footer and product page looks wrong.
In the description of the theme we can find information that it’s fully compatible with every browser, but I guess it’s not. Will you repair the compatibility?

Maybe, doesn’t same 100% for all browsers. But it doesn’t break.

Hi, sorry about contacting you here, your support site seems to be down temporarily. I’ve bought and installed your amazing theme and successfully installed the demo-content. There are 2 problems, though, I’m not sure how to solve:
1. all full-width sections do not expand to the full screen size, that includes heroes, category listings etc. there is an overflow:hidden set on many classes (.jws-main, .main-content etc). removing this solves the problem, but I wonder if there is some setting that solves this generally (to be clear: I didn’t made any settings by my self, just imported demo content).
2. when inlogged as admin I get several php-warnings, mostly connected to category listings etc, following a list of warnings I found, debug is off, warnings don’t show when not logged in:

Hi there i just bought the blance theme and im not a wp guru and having quite some difficulty with it! ive gone throuhg your documentation but it isnt too much help so i hope its ok i ask you some questions here? For instance how do i change the size of the logo? Ive tried everything i know..went to theme options and change the px of the logo but it just doesnt change in size on the desktop version.. but then when i change version its huge on the mobile version but still the same tiny version on desktop? and it doesnt change on desktop? another question I put my social media on the top header but the size is tiny and again i cannot change the size?? how can i change it? The mega menu items as under Blog.. you see the columns and then have the pictures on the side on the drop down menu how can i edit this? your help is enormously appreciated

First, enable Less Design option and save. You can resize logo and upload again via theme option or edit a page(meta-box).
You can find some widget and change it. If you have some trouble or need to assist.
