Hello,
the categories filter on top of shop pages has problem, if you are on an empty category and you also have a sidebar.
For example, if you are on uncategorized with no products and then click on a category of categories-filter, then the grid layout is broken. You can see this issue on your demo.
Also, the “Disable Row” of WPBakery Page Builder, does not work on your theme again. We have the latest version of theme and plugins.

Geeky Method –
- Log into FTP Account using FileZilla or similar program. - Go to wp-content/themes directory. - Move to the theme directory that you want to update. - Now, download the latest version of theme from ThemeForest.net/downloads - If you have downloaded the zip, extract it. Find the theme folder. It generally has style.css file in it. - Upload all files in that folder to the directory on FTP we found in step #3 above.
User friendly Method
- Download Envato Toolkit plugin from here. Install the above plugin - Required API Key can be generated as explained here. - This plugin will allow you to update themes you’ve bought from ThemeForest. - You can read another article on this topic here: https://wpmudev.com/blog/how-to-update-themeforest-themes-with-the-envato-wordpress-toolkit/ IMPORTANT: Before updating theme, plugins or WordPress always create full site backup in CPanel or in WordPress.
