Hello, nice theme! I intento to use it integrated with Reactor (a tool to transform it in a native app). I just need to know if I can create a shoppong page without using shortcodes. Reactor doesnt recognize shortcodes, so my page cant call sliders, list products or anything using shortcodes such as Page Builders of any king.

Does this theme depends on shortcodes? thanks!

Is there a built in feature with Captiva that shows a sold out sign over the product photo? Very much like the ‘Sale’ one you’ve created?

Also when a customer is selecting a variation (eg clothing sizes) if a particular size is out of stock, can this be shown somehow?

I changed the menu’s fonts and sizes under capitva settings but it doesnt seem to change the menu at all….any ideas? there is no custom css overriding anything.

I love this theme. But can you help me about a issue? My wordpress backend admin panel is very slow. Sometimes my front pages are the same.

I installed the cache plugin. It speed up the front pages. But the backend admin panel is still slow.

Please help me to check it out.

I also wanted to add this into the second footer, but am having the same issue.

Hi, dear. I am facing a problem, the add image button is not functioning at frontend visual composer editor if i activate the Captiva Toolkit plugin and it will work when I deactivate Captiva Toolkit plugin. May I know how to solve this issue? Thank you!

I’ve just had my site moved to a new server under a new name and i’ve got a small problem in the admin area where whenever it try and change a page using the visual composer it give me this error:

Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line

I’ve noticed if i disable Captiva Toolkit the visual composer works again but my homepage does not display correctly.

Can you let me now how to fix this, i’m not sure if it’s caching or due to the old site sill being active? It’s active while I ensure this new one is working correctly.

We purchased your theme and are needing some assistance in order to go live with our new e-commerce clothing site. We have found some bugs that need to be addressed, but do not want to put the web address out public just yet as we plan to launch this week the site so I emailed you personally.

Things that need to be addressed are loading times, ipad rotation problems, 2 variable item problems, and category listing problems that we have found thus far. Please help as I have one of my developers working on the site needing your assistance with your theme. Thank you.

Is there somewhere I can download it – or maybe I’m just overlooking it?
