I have Claue 2.1.1 running on Magento 2.4.3. I have installed Mageplaza OSC 4.0.11. When I go to the checkout there is no header or footer.
There is an option in OSC to hide header/footer. I have tried it both enabled and disabled but still no header or footer is displayed.
If I switch theme to Luma the header and footer display as expected.
Are you aware of this bug ? and do you have a solution ?
Update: Mageplaza provided a patch that fixed the issue.

Same thing here, please let me know if you found any solution. In my case the logo appears when you make the browser window smaller and disappears when you make it bigger. No luck with menu though

How do you update the custom colors ?
MGS / MGS Theme / Color Setting
I have set some custom colors. Flushed the caches and reindexed but the colors on webpage do not change.
Am I missing a step ?

My support has finished. Your system won’t let me post a ticket 
We have installed the theme on two separate Magento 2.4.3 installs and neither one seems to save the color settings.
There are no errors in the Magento logs.
What file(s) or tables should the custom color information be saved to ?
Do I need to disable any of the caches before changing custom colors ?
2) Your theme package is missing the fonts for ElasticSuite. lib/webs/fonts/elasticsuite.
Please make sure to add them to next theme update.

After you save the color settings, the style will be generated in the file: pub/media/mgs/fbuilder/css/[store_id]/fbuilder_config.min.css Make sure the web server has write permissions in that directory, and if you use cdn you will need to refresh the cdn.
For ElasticSuite font, we will update it on next version.

I can see that the fbuilder_config.min.css file is getting written each time I change the colors. So that is good. File permissions are fine.
It is for store 1. It is not getting updated to the website for some reason.
I delete static files, upgrade, compile, deploy static contents but the website colors are not changed.
Is there some other step to make the custom settings import ?
Using developer tools on Chrome I can see that the updated fbuilder_config.min.css file is not getting updated to the browser. I have deleted the var and generated folders, recompiled and deployed static content and flushed the cache. Seems to make no difference. We are not using a CDN.
What am I missing ?
All working as expected now. Needed to disable the Varnish cache !!

Ajax cart is having issues with Chrome for android. Specially the version 97 of Chrome for android. After adding a product to the cart, the screen is all white. You need to refresh the page to be able to watch the page again. It only happen with the first product that you add. Once you have another product in cart it works fine. I have checked and with your demos happen the same thing.

Since you decide to make such a differentiation and request people to make it from scratch it would be nice to make a guide to move categories, product details and attributes/filters to help us moving our store to the new with active development theme.

On Claue 2.1.0 how do you change the product detail page ?
I have a fresh install of Claue 2.1.0 on Magento 2.4.3 and it all seems to work fine. I just can’t see any option to change the product detail page layouts.
For example I would like to use the one with horizontal thumbnails. I can’t see any way to in the documentation, but there are several different product detail pages on the Demo site.
