Is current version support RTL?
So sorry, it doesn’t support RTL at the moment but we are developing it and it will available soon.
I advise you not to buy this theme. It is not stable and with every update there are new issues – backend is freezing, header not working properly, mobile menu not working at all, after enabling website optimization (Admin -> MGS ->MGS Theme Settings [Optimize Website]) frontend+backend crashes. Major core issues. These are just a few of the problems our team had in the past few days (I cannot add up all the problems we had in the past 8 months since we started to work with this theme). Most of the styling is not working at all. Public tickets (possible solutions) for problems, that have already been resolved, are getting erased. Support is not willing to help unless you give them full access – this is a huge problem in case you store any sensitive data. We will not renew support as it is useless for us.
Frankly, with this theme we made two steps backward. The price of the theme is nothing compared to the time we lost trying to fix the theme.

I am just trying to give a transparent feedback which I believe will also help you-the Author in the future.
- You should run some/more tests of your updates before you make them publicly accessible. For example, your last 4 updates (2.1.19-2.1.22) all included “Fixed style issues.” – I can confirm that every new update did fix some previous style issues, but it also brought new style issues. More frequent updates does not automatically mean that the code is less buggy.
- I know you hear this a lot, but once more – your documentation is outdated. You should update it.
- Make your extensions fully functional or exclude them from your theme. “Google AMP” is causing us fatal errors when enabled. In case “MGS Blog” is activated, our backend is freezing (for backend freezing there was also a public ticket created on arrowhitech ticksy (#3232727, 15.2.2023), with no data how it has beed resolved,only status closed).

I bought the theme several years ago but never had an active magento shop. Now I’m trying out magento again but get error when activating Claue theme: “Your purchase code is already activated, Please contact us for using this purchase code on another domain”...
On Themeforest I cannot even find out on which domain it is already registered!

we tryied to install your theme and noticed Version 1 and Version 2 for magento 2. Can you tell me what the difference is ?
The version 1 doesn’t have much cache function so it will not fast like a version 2, we always recommend our client install the version 2 to use. And we will don’t develop the version 1 in the future.

Is the “Version 1” version of your theme compatible with the latest version of Magento 2?
So sorry, it not compatible, you should install the version 2 of our theme. We are converting all version 1 to version 2 and it will finish soon.
Sorry, can you confirm this? The “Version 1” is NOT compatible with the latest version of Magento 2, and we have to rebuild our store on “Version 2” if we want to keep using your theme with the latest version of Magento 2?

Each license only can activate on a domain at the moment. Maybe the license activate on other domain before. Note: I saw this ThemeForest account still not purchase license.

patch_for_theme_version_2.1.14 is a small patch in patch_for_magento_2.4.5, so for example, when you are using patch_for_theme_version_2.1.13, and running on magento 2.4.5, then updating to only need to update 2.1.14, and magento < 2.4.5 need to use patch magento_2.4.5 to update

In the latest version, we don’t provide the AMP module on the theme, it only support for Claue 1. When install, you can go to Theme Setting -> Accelerated Mobile Page to setup.

Oh, so sorry, we don’t have the admin panel demo at the moment.
please update the .phtml codes of some modules that have ”$(window).load(function()” with ”$(window).on(‘load’, function()” . first version does not work with Jquery 3.6 and highger. so some modules show: “Uncaught TypeError: url.indexOf is not a function” and affects on functionality.
