we have installed the theme to magento 1.9 many years ago and now we decide to move to magento 2.4.5. We migrate to a test server and we enable the S3 Bucket remote storage. After installation we try to make some edits to theme settings. When we try to save the setting return the error Unable to create directory ‘https://xxxxxxx.s3.xxxxxx.amazonaws.com'. Access forbidden
We believe that there is no problem with permissions. When we checked the folder pub/media a folder with name https: had been created.
We believe the problem is with getAbsolutePath(). Maybe trying to use S3 Bucket URL ( https://xxxxxxx.s3.xxxxxx.amazonaws.com ) instead of directory absolute path.
We know that our support expired but if you can help us with this problem we will renew. Οtherwise we will have to use another theme that does not have this problem.

We’re currently using Claue version 1.8.5 on Magento 2.3. We had done some customization as well in theme code.
We’re upgrading our website to Magento 2.4.4 on PHP 8.1. So we have setup a staging site for that but there are a few things which are not working properly after upgrading to Magento 2.4.4 and some of them are due to the jquery as well.
In the latest theme package download, we can see there are two kinds of patches available. One which says “patch_for_magento_2.4.4+” and other which says “patch_theme_version_1.8.5”.
Can you please advise which patches we should apply in theme to make it work with Magento 2.4.4?

After running each module command according to “patch_for_magento_2.4.4+ > Readme.txt” file and running the complied commands successfully the website is showing the following error “Error: Cannot instantiate interface Smile\ElasticsuiteCore\Api\Index\IndexOperationInterface in /chroot/home/ac3eaca1/37c99bd7a4.nxcli.net/html/vendor/magento/framework/ObjectManager/Factory/Dynamic/Developer.php:50”

Hello, my license is unactivated and i am stuck with daily charges to developers just because you will not give me access to a correct license. I have responded to the email over a week now sending them the license i downloaded with the theme but still no response or resolution, how can this happen after paying for a supposed working license ? psl and pls stop ignoring me as this is bad customer service and kindly resolve my issue today.
