Still waiting on that Composer theme update, I have 4 of my client websites built on it, what’s the plan??
Composer theme is updated in Sep 2025. Next update will be released upon need basis next quarter. General update frequency is quarterly.
The last version according to your change log is 3.5.5. Is that correct? That would be in Feb 2025. Is there a new version? If not, can you send us the updates for Rev Slider and WP Bakery?
We have updated the composer theme in Sep 2025. Changelog includes – error resolution. You can download the latest package of september from your account. Slider revolution is taken down by Envato. It is not available for download. We will update latest version of WP bakery in next release.
Since February, 2025 the last update to this theme came in. What is going on? Is there hope and trust with this theme going forward on a project?

Thank you! But the Revolution Slider Plugin is an outdated version; 6.7.27 while the latest version is 6.7.37.

Revolution slider is currently taken out by envato. Once they come up with the updated version, and it is available for download, we will release the update.

I commented here some days ago about me having challenges logging into your support platform. Which, I now have been able to register. I have just also notice that on the support page, it saying I have no record found with the message below..

Hi Kelenwa, As per our record you are not having active support as the product was purchased in 2019. You will have to purchase a support and then you can raise the ticket.

I still have “2 active” licenses. And I want to use one of the theme licenses registered with one “Tourism Photo Competition domain” that has expired since 4 or 5yrs ago on another project.
Do I need to purchase a support ticket before I could gain access to the theme licenses I paid for? With InnWithemes, I suppose you know, every customer have access to their property and decides which domain to use it on and when to switch license. Otherwise, the Author will have to help his/her client to deactivate a license when necessary. Which is what I am doing right now. Nothing else.
Please, help me deactivate the license registered to a photo competition domain.

I just realized now that the Authorship/Ownership of this theme is changed. It used to be “InnWithemes”, which is now owned or changed to WPConfigurator.
My little challenges are, I can’t login into the support website to deactivate a license so that I can use it in another project as the site which the license is used before is now two years out of service. I tried creating on the new account on the current or new support website but couldn’t. I will need your urgent assistance asap
Secondly, I do hope there will not be another hiatus on this theme as regards updates?

Hi, 5 days without any investigation from support. I bought extension support but support do not respond. Such a shame lol. I gave all Access to ppl who do not gives support.
when is next update? if no more updates please remove from envato. Or everyone can start adding negative reviews which can also affect your entire portfolio.
Cant use MAILTO url in button. It automatically converts it into a normal website url
If you are wondering why Envato/Theme Forest continues to sell this theme even though its been abandoned by the theme author, you can email them at market@help.envato.com.
Yeah, this is what Envato does, lets the theme author sell themes that are not even supported. I have 7 licenses and now I have to explain to clients how they will need a new website in the very near future because of this.
This theme has been abandoned. requested a refund for this theme and was able to get my money back.
This is no longer supported get a new theme.

Hi, yes this is a huge problem, I have numerous sites with this theme and I cannot edit any of them, the theme options just dont save anymore! I cannot even take something off from the footers, Some of the functions still work but the theme options is a mess, I cannot even tick things on and off anymore. This is really frustrating and very dissapointing to say the least. I though updating the site would work, just to come here afterwards and read that indeed no update and indeed I am stuck with all my clients websites I cannot edit or help with on theme options, Please please help!
And buying the support just to get a line off my footer is really unreasonable, Ive been using this theme for years on most of my clients sites, and I highly recommended it too to my dismay, now I am stuck with a “very good choice” years ago with only re-building all of them because I cannot navigate theme options, I feel like crying to be honest

I’m guessing Innwithemes (author) was a one person set up and they have stopped working for whatever reason. I can’t see a way to report this sort of thing to Theme Forest. Has anyone previously using Composer tried a new theme on their site successfully? I guess that is the only option now.
