We tested Image carousel bug you have mentioned (http://innwithemes.com/composer/image-carousel/), It looks perfectly fine for us. We have tested with all major browsers. (Page doesn’t scroll for us).

can you please tell us your browser and your OS?

That’s weird. Happens on Firefox 48 and IE 11 (Win7). Just to be sure – did you test with images at the bottom of page? Because if you test with upper carousel, page won’t scroll (since it’s already scrolled up).

Once the image is opened and button (see red arrow) is clicked, page auto scrolls up. Happens on your demo site and my localhost site.

Yes, when click close button it scrolls to top. This image carousel is comes with visual composer itself.

I think its a bug with visual composer image carousel itself. However i forward this issue to developer theme, they will check & fix it, release an update.
