Hi. Croma looks so cool! At first, I’m a music creator and a beginner programmer/marketer. If I want a star rating system(it like GD Rating System etc.) into music lists by listeners/visitors, Does Crome be able to add it? Or already have it? Thank you.

We never have tested GD Rating System etc, but it seems to be compatible with any custom post type so I m not worried about it.

Hello Robfoster,
The footer player is just an extension from a regular croma audio player widget. A audio player widget has to be in the page content. Maybe you dont see it on the frontend because it is hidden, but look in the backend editor, you will find it. You can select a different playlist in the audioplayer settings.

Is it possible to put widgets on the merch shop front page? Or is it only full width? Would be nice to include categories etc but from the demo it only looks full width.

Revolutions slider and Ess grid warning... DONT SAVE IN SLIDER OR ESS GRID since wordpress 5.5 update. basically I cannot save any changes in either of those without buying updates to Revolution slider and ss grid? and to get help on that I have to pay even more money for your advice?
When I bought the theme it came with these plugins, I am now unable to work on my site at all without losing content and breaking the site unless we spend money. this is a problem.
I literally will have to pay like $300 to update a pic in the slider! and the owner is not happy to say the least. He will also have to pay me for the time working on it all.
Also it says this on the revolution slider page: “Hi, your Purchase Code for Slider Revolution has been deregistered manually through https://www.themepunch.com/purchase-code-deactivation and is no longer active for this installation.”
I have never deactivated anything.
what can be done to fix this?

What do you mean by newer version? Do you want to use the Gutenberg Editor? Croma is designed to be used with WPBakery Page Builder. We recommend to use it rather then Gutenberg, but if you want to built page content with Gutenberg, this is up to you. The theme is no longer on Envato Element website I’m afraid. It’s sold exclusively on Themeforest now. In order to download the theme and get lifetime updates, you will need a personal license that you can buy on Themeforest.

I have “Enable Continious Audio Player and AJAX” disabled but when I load my page it still shows me “ajax.googleapis.com” in the developer tool under sources. Hello Martina,
Those scripts still required even if the Continuous Player is disable. Don’t be fooled by the a “ajax” in the url, it is not related to our ajax continuous player feature.

Hello inside plugin area it says “There is a new version of WPBakery Page Builder available Version 6.6 but your Croma Theme only comes with version 6.5 which is outdated. When will you update your Download Files ?

I can’t work on the front page of my website untill you do.
This will released soon no worries. The last WPbakery update was released only 2 days ago and here its changelog:
- New: prettyPhoto removed and Lightbox2 added to the plugin (prettyPhoto will stay for backward compatibility) – New: Call to Action element allows to align titles and select tags – New: FlexSlider updated to 2.7.2 version and RTL support improved in WooCommerce

You probably need to do some updates to be compatible with the latest Wordpress Version. Please Update Croma. https://irontemplates.ticksy.com/article/12214/ When it is done. Go to wp-admin>plugins. Disable and Remove Croma-music and WPBakery. Go to wp-admin>appearance>install plugins And re-install WPBakery and croma-music. When this is all done, please return to wp-admin>appearance>install plugins. And update plugin if some updates are required. I updated my theme with the download that you provided from Themesforest and my plugins have not been updated. You state that the latest version of Croma-music plugin is 3.5.5 but I have Version 3.5.4 and WPBakery is 6.4.2 but I have version Version 5.5.5. I need help fixing these issues. I can’t pay for more support because these files should have already been provided in the latest version of the theme download files. I don’t think its fair.
Go to wp-admin >appearance >install plugins and update plugins
it says package not available. Why don’t you UPDATE your download file to the newest VERSION !!! thats what you should do

Just for your info, the compatible plugin updates ARE included in last theme updates. Refer to changelog at the end of our page description.
The Iron Music plug-in also comes up with “fatal error” whenever i try to make it active. Your plugins really has a lot of issues.
