Hey mate, enjoying the theme we have an error which seems to make the rev slider not appear on first clicking on the page refresh brings it through with no errors tho.
Hopefully you can help error copied below.

We are using Croma 3.2 – infact we updated all except the rev slider update…is that the iomportant thing to update that fixed it?
I dont think this is caused by the revolution slider version. Could you please open a support ticket at http://support.irontemplates.com and our support team will assist you. Don’t forget to provide us your URL address and a temporary access to your wp-admin.

How do I import the demo i installed the plugin “Iron Demos Importer” But it does not appear in tools

If you don’t see the iron demo content import option in wp-admin > tools, here’s the solution.
First please delete the plugin Iron Demo Importer by going to wp-admin > plugins
Then reinstall Iron Demo Importer by downloading the plugin here: http://croma.irontemplates.com/iron-plugins/iron-demo-importer.zip
Go to wp-admin > plugins > add new and upload the plugin again.
That should fix the issue.

Hi! I purchased Lush from you all (long time ago) but decided to purchase Croma because I had been wanting an audio player that could play as you browse the site. Thank you for this!! However, I feel like Lush was less “buggy” and a little easier to navigate. I’m having trouble updating colors, for instance. All I want to do is change text color and I refresh and clear the cache, and it just won’t work. I remember that when I would make an update in the Lush theme options section, after saving my changes, I’d return to the same screen… Croma kicks me out and takes me to the Themes page (where all themes are at) instead of taking me back to the section I was in. Again—Lush behaved better and wouldn’t do such things. I also miss all the documentation that was available for Lush (manual) and Croma has just a few questions answered in that forum area (I like to be able to have in-depth manuals so I can be self-sufficient). I’m not complaining… I just hope that you make this theme better with time and improve it. I’ll be patient. Meanwhile, I’ll try to figure out how to fix these issues and if I can’t, I’ll open a ticket. I STILL really like it!! I just think Lush is a better quality theme and maybe more time was put into developing that theme than this one.

Unfortunately this feature has not been yet developped, sorry. We might add this feature in a future update but its not in our plan for the next 2 months.

Hello! First of all, I want to say big thank you! It is amazing theme! I am kinda newbie in wordpress and site-building, but I’ve managed to build my site with your theme. I have only two questions:
1) Where can I change color of “optional button” in discographies? I mean this one: https://s24.postimg.org/silauz48l/question_about_color.png I’ve tried almost every setting, but nothing changed this color. It is set to black, but I want it white.

1)the background color is from the wp-admin>croma>look and feel—> color1 And the text color is from wp-admin>croma>look and feel—> text-color1 but maybe it is overwrited in the custom css. If the look and feel setting doesnt work, please go to wp-admin>croma>custom css and look for this selector css: a.button

When a song from the audio player element is loaded, the footer player appears. So if you want the footer audio player appears when the page is loaded, you need to add a player audio element in the page content and check the auto play option.
In the Lowrtempo and Capital demos, we have hide the main player interface. To do this, please click on the column setting above the player audio element, and select the “responsive option” tag. And check “hide” for all devices. http://d.pr/i/FIKyAlexandre

Sorry but the problem of access to the page Discography (MUSIC – 3 COLUMNS) continues, I have to click twice to access the contents of the discography. And in the wp-admin> chroma> footer options section there is none to remove the “chroma” logo. Thank you!
When you carry out a second load of the page it performs correctly but if you update from the home or you do a first load it does not show the content, it only does it if you click again on the menu

We dont show case the search bar, but its available if you use sidebar widget (which we dont use in our demo). The search will search only the posts tho.

Hello, I have a problem. I click “Croma music”, then in the “LOOK AN FEEL” section I change the settings. I press save. I’m updating the page of the site and I see that nothing has changed. Clear cache, I press “ctrl + f5”, but there is no result after that. I go to bed, and on the next day I see that at last the changes have come into force. If I select another demo content, then some visual settings will be transferred from the previous one. What is the problem? And more when in “General seting” I put “Enable NiceScrool” – on, there are also no changes

The issue with cloudflare is that it caches the custom style css files so everytime you change a theme option, the option files are still cached by Cloudflare. What you can do is to add a page rule in Cloudflare to by pass the cache on: youdomainurl.com/wp-content/uploads/css/*
For the smooth scroll, we dont really recommend to use it anymore as we will probably remove it from our theme in the next updates since it make the scroll lags on some Mac OS desktop computers. Its a feature that we will not support in a near future.

To get the demo, there is a tool in the theme to import it and set everything like the demo of your choice. In old themes, you usually have an XML file to import in the theme, however, that’s an old way of doing things. With our theme, this is done automatically of you go to wp-admin > tools > demo content install. Do you follow me?
If this doesn’t work, please open a support ticket and give me access to your WP-Admin and I will manually import everything (content, settings, Rev slider, Essential grid, etc ..)
