Hi there – it seems that “Save Changes” on the “Look and Feel” Page is broken? It redirects me to a blank page on URL.COM/wp-admin/options.php changing nothing on the page and doing nothing except staying blank. Any ideas? Tried Chrome, Safari and Firefox. Reinstall… nothing fixed it yet.

What’s the file size limit you are allowed when you go to wp-admin > media > add new ?
It’s probably less than 35mb. Our theme is around 35mb so you will need to ask your web host to raise this limit.
The other solution is to install the theme manually by FTP: https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Themes#Adding_New_Themes_Manually_.28FTP.29

Hello, How Can I change typography in ,,Croma music,,. I want use same font ,,Monttserat,, on all site, but i dont see this font in the list of fonts.

But it was no available in the croma-music setting. I have fixed it. Please delete and reinstall Croma-music.

Hi, I update my Croma theme to latest version, i am using WPML, and the langage selector in main menu dissapeared, there is this message instead : ICL_DONT_LOAD_LANGUAGE_SELECTOR_CSS est défini dans votre thème. Hello, Pre purchase question. Most features are great, especially continuous player! However my client wants to be able to have free download links for some tracks, is this possible? (In the demos there are only buy links shown) Also relatedly, is it possible to have a album with a mix of tracks with buy links, free downloads and tracks with no links at all (for really old album with no mp3s available) ?

Yes you can, You have the option to add or not a button on tracks. If the button url target a zip file, the button will be a download button.

Hi Alexandre, I have been working with the theme and it is mostly great. However I have run into some issues.
1. For albums(discographies) with more than about 10 tracks in the tracklist the displayed list grows way too high especially for the front page. Is there an option to toggle on a scrollbar for the Audio Player playlist or something to make it display nicer? Otherwise it is not really useable for collections of more than about 10 tracks.
2. I got the impression from your last message that it was possible to list a track without attaching to it an mp3. While I can indeed do that there is still a play button next to the track in the tracklist, and if you press this button the audio player just displays the name in the bottom continuous player without playing anything (obviously, since there is no mp3). It also makes it so that for instance if track 1 and 3 has an mp3 and track 2 does not, then once track 1 finishes the player just stops without progressing to the next track with an mp3. I think this is not the correct behaviour as you should not be able to click a ‘play’-button for such a track, and also the player should ignore such tracks when automatically switching tracks. Can you assist with this also?

Hi there, I’m currently using an iPad so I, not sure I’m seeing the lopivechst so I’m messaging here. I’m currently using the capital theme but having an issue getting the “play” button to actually play music. Im not sure where to add music, by default the mp3’s are added on the discography page which is the default album set.. And by viewing and editing the home page in the dashboard, there is only an option to edit some features for “audio” player. No actual tracks.

The other option is to deactivate Ajax in Croma > General Settings. This way, the player will not be fixed at the bottom of the page but in the same time, the music will stops when you change page to page.
I should have read about these issues before purchasing this theme. These errors aren’t mentioned in your documentation. Why do I have to fill out a job ticket? I paid for a woking template. Not a broken template to have serviced. Sup with these dummy data uploads?

What I understand is that you have difficulties installing the demo’s content right ? We have developed a function into the theme to automatically import the demo’s content and its setting and options. Unfortunately, this content is kinda heavy (more than 30-40mb) to impot because of the images. So depending of your hosting, sometime web servers don’t allow script to download (import) huge data so sometimes, people get a times out or execution failed. This totally depends of your server’s settings.

Your instructions till fall short of completion. After uploading the DEMO.zip, NOTHING APPEARS on the BACKUP screen. I’ve even unzipped the files and uploaded the DEMO directory to troubleshoot. Still N O T H I N G.

You don’t have to unzip the files to your server. Only upload the demo.zip file to /WP-CONTENT/UPLOADS/FW-BACKUP/
(create the folder fw-backup if its not created yet).
Then go to Wp-admin > Tools > Backup. You should be presented a screen like this: http://d.pr/i/gexh
