Does this theme Automatically Adds the MP3 Information such as SONG TITLE to the albums? Is there a option to enable that. If so I will purchase this asap I have lots of mp3 and most of the themes have only manually input mp3 titles.
What you are looking for is for a theme that supports ID3 tags. Unfortunately, our theme wont automatically read the mp3’s ID3, you will need to add your song title manually to the album, sorry. It’s something we might add in a near future tho.

what does this mean?
Also, It will not allow me to make a page with the url “music” it keeps adding “music-2” when there is no other page under the page section titled “music”
Okay.. I think I found out the problem.. When I click on the slide for a single i added because the slug is different, it’s not pulling up. but when i change the slug to music, it doesnt allow the page URL to be “music”... the boxed layout works, not the slider. how do i change that?

It happens when I change the slug name to music…. How can I have the slug be music and the actual page be music as well?
And when i click on the actual album in the slider, i keep getting this error…

Hello, when I try to add background images to the woocommerce pages (cart, shop, checkout, etc.) it does not change out. I want to add a specific background image to each of the cart, shop, checkout pages. Is this possible? If so, it does not do it. Thanks!
Ok, we’ve got some major glitches happening:
1. When I select a background image on the “look and feel” screen, the background image is added to the woocommerce pages. This is fine, except when I go to the “cart” page, my tables for the cart are transparent.
2. However, on the “Checkout” page, there is a white background behind the table and this looks fine—-with my main image background STILL behind this white table.
For whatever reason, I can’t keep a white table behind my text on the “Cart” page, and I can’t have different background images for the woocommerce pages, even though I select them when editing the pages.
Please help when time permits. Thanks!

Hello! After installing the theme and required plugins, I tried using the Iron Demos installer. Everything works perfectly until it finishes the database part, and I get the following error:
“Failed to drop tmp table _fwbk_wordpress_auto_woocommerce_downloadable_product_permissions”
I tried reinstalling wordpress, updating max memory so it meets all the requirements, manually installing through ftp, and more. Nothing has worked so far. Can somebody please help?

Yeah, the problems was with an old version of Safari that doesn´t showing all the options of the widget. Thank you. And were is the parallax options? I have seen the option to select yes or no, but i want to control when the scrolling effect starts.
Unfortunately you can’t control when the effect starts manually.

Thank you to report us the issue with the old safari. For now you can try this quick fix. Please go to wp-admin>general setting And add this to the Custom JS field:

If you are talking about the parallax effect on the Visual Composer Row, the only option available is On or Off. Sorry.

Hi, I purchased the Croma theme and am using the Dark template. I love it! It works well for a band I am managing http://www.whoisgoldzoo.com The problem I have is with the slider. I load images into the slider to show a static image at the top of the home page. It looks great on a computer, but on mobile devices, it creates large gaps of empty space above and below the image. If I change it to default setting for the slider, it zooms in to the image so that it is centered to closely on the center part of the image. I want the image to show fully across the page in mobile as it does for the home page, but with no empty space. I have tried changing the settings for the mobile image only in the slider and I can’t fix it. Can you help?

I really love your theme – it looks great!!! I have an issue I cannot resolve on my own. When I try to upload a mp3-file. It says that this type is forbidden due to security issues. I have tried it via ftp-server and directly in my wordpress dashboard. How can I solve this?

Can you upload that mp3 directly in the media library? (WP-Admin > media library)? If it doesn’t work, can you activate a default wordpress theme and see if it works? If you still have an issue with a default theme activated, you mostly will have to contact your webhost about this.

Hi! Is there a way to make audio player load the songs faster? Hey, thank you for quick answer. I’ve updated the plugin and can see the spinner now. There are two small problems left: 1. Displaying long track names (like on the screenshot I’ve posted in my previous message) 2. I click on the track ‘Track #1’ and see the player bar in the bottom of the page. If I click on the ‘play’ button while ‘Track #1’ is being loaded the track name will change to ‘Track #2’. But ‘Track #1’ will sound after a while. And previous track is still marked as playing in the playlist. Hope that would help. I can provide any additional information if required.

I am using the Croma | LowTempo template for a client. I want to be able to add the pop up full width music player like the Grid template. How can I accomplish that?Also my counter size (numbers/labels) is not large enough. I tried changing the pixel size but it seems like the size is not getting any bigger. Please help
Hi there, The continuous audio player is available since Croma v.2.0. If is not already activated, you need to turn it on in the wp-admin>CROMA>General Setting.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. Guess I am a bit confused about the continuos player. When the theme was purchased the continuous player was already one of the functions. Is it possible that I can update to version 2.0 without losing the clients customization? The site is already active.
If you update CROMA you will lose all customization you have done in the theme folder. It is important to make all customization in the child-theme.

I can’t get custom CSS to work at all. http://austinwebdesignseo.com/fm2/about-me/ I set H3 to none for text transform in the menu options. That didn’t work, still uppercase. I put it in the custom CSS in the theme options with !important. That didn’t work. I changed it in the style.css file and tried it in others. That didn’t work. No caching is going on. Starting to lose it here.
