Hey there, Bought this theme yesterday and had a couple of questions;
1) Is there a way to have a Ess Grip post NOT link to another page?? ( I have two ESS grid album posts and I don’t want anyone to be able to click them and it take them to that albums’ dedicated page? Is this possible?
2) I love the way my logo looks in the center above my menu and it sits perfectly when I scroll etc.. is there anywhere to increase it’s size by say 10-20% only?

Hey Alex, Thanks for the reply.. for number 2, I’ve done that already but changing the logo size even by 10% stops the logo from always being in the center… Now once I’ve changed the logo size, when I scroll the logo ends up on the far left… All I want is for the logo to ALWAYS be in the center like it is now… but change the size slightly and have it remain that way even when I scrolll… does that make sense?

I do believe There is a new version of WPBakery Page Builder available. View version 6.2 details
When there is a new plugin version available, we need to check, test and make sure that new version is fully functional with our theme. Once tested, we release a theme update which includes the new version of the plugins. So it can haves a delay between the time a plugin version is released by the third party author and our theme updates. We didnt have release 6.2 yet but 6.1 is available.

I purchased this theme relatively recently and I saw this notice on my site:
“Hi, your Purchase Code for Slider Revolution has been deregistered manually through https://www.themepunch.com/purchase-code-deactivation and is no longer active for this installation.”
Why is this coming up? I never did anything. does this mean someone deactivated my ability to use the slider?

I never see this message before. This is kind of weird but you dont have to be worried.
You don’t need a licence key or API key to activate it. The plugin will still work even if you don’t have that licence key. In fact, Croma licence dont come with a Slider revolution licence.
The licence key or API key is only used for automatic updates offered by the plugin authors and is available if you purchase the plugin for yourself at codecanyon.net
Since we include the plugin directly (for free) into our theme, we made sure the plugin is 100% compatible with the theme. If you decide to purchase the plugin license for yourself and update the plugin, the theme might break.
We (IronTemplates) are responsible to update the pre-packaged plugins that come with our theme. We release plugin updates on a regular basis after testing them and make sure they are 100% compatible with our theme. It’s the way it works for every theme that offers third-party plugins packaged into the theme.

hey guys. please explain why something that should be 1) automatic 2) easy such as updating WPBakery to version 6.2 requires a new license for support.
is this is the case then your product is not ideal to future buyers. so WARNING!

hello. great template you have created but i am concerned that i have updated to the latest version of Croma but the WPBakery Page Builder version 6.2 is not included!
This is a major problem because I have three of my website running Croma. I do not need customization etc, etc, just the Bakery Page 6.2 update.

Thanks to aware us about this issue. The Share to Twitter function still should working in much of cases but it doesnt work on our demo. The ” | ” character in the site title do a conflict with the twitter function. Do I really need to pay to open a support ticket for something that seems to be a theme glitch? It happens every time a page with a carousel first loads.
It looks always like a theme glitch, but most of the time, issues are caused by something else. In you case it is probably a third part plugin you have activated. What you can do is disable the “Ajax Continuous Audio player” feature (wp-admin>croma>general option), but I dont think you want to do that. Yes we asking to extend support because we dont want to work for free. We have to many request. Also from guys who are using pirated product. I hope you understand.

Hello, updating to the new WP Bakery Page Builder changes the layout of the site. Primarily … no full width containers are full width anymore. We have reverted to a previous version of the plugin until I could investigate with you. We have updated the theme to 3.5 and when we try to update via a purchased version of WP Bakery the site changes. Can you please advise?
I can tell you that although your newest version of the theme says it supports WP Bakery Page Builder 6.1 … not only do the containers no longer allow for full width .. the audio players also disappear and refuse to reappear.

I asked this question in a previous ticket, while my support was in date. You were unable to help me due to the fact that the theme didn’t support the new version of WP Bakery Page Builder.
Your update schedule now says that it does support it BUT when I update I have the same problem that I had before. The full width sections are no longer full width AND the audio players disappear which suggests to me that your theme is not compatible.
I am now outside of the support cover period and you are telling me that in order to find out why your theme isn’t compatible with the page builder plugin … I have to pay you $45.50?

I understand what you are saying. But you have to understand are point of view too. We are not asking to renew support because we are greedy. Lot of people use are products. Some of them, never have paid for it. We dont have team capacity to help evryone. Most of the time customer issue are not caused by our product. I hope you understand our policy.
WPBakery last update should work fine on Croma You probably just need to update croma-music plugin.

ughh, why cant things work as intended just once. I installed a new version of wordpress , bought the theme, installed it, installed and activated plug ins… THEN I try to import the dark demo… after a bit of it showing progress, it turns to a white box with a red exclamation point in it with no text around it explaining anything.
I try to refresh the page then it says about rebuilding data base… then I see a new error in the dashboard about HTTP loopback connections are not enabled on this server… I’ve never seen that before and no idea what it means.
- it completely broke the site and my coming soon page is now just an error.** I just noticed it deleted ALL MY CONTENT from the coming soon plug in and have to fully recreate it!! why in the world would it do that?
No media loads now in the media library! just a grey circle going!
