Maybe I was not clear in my last few posts. When I said PLEASE RESPOND, I did not mean avoid answering my questions and instead play avoidance tactics by giving me a Skype ID to contact you on, and yet for 3+ days you do not even accept my invite.

If this was me and I was trying to build a business and a loyal following which I know you are! you have to take care of your customers first and in a timely manner. So please do what is necessary and communicate with me to get the questions/issues I have with your template resolved.

Just remember you could be the greatest designer in the world but if you customer service skills ‘suck’ it will get you nowhere.

So here goes again:

1. In the contact module, by default it has the word ‘au’ pre typed. So when I overwrite with my email and save. Then when I view the contact form I see my email but I also see the word ‘au’ appended. Can’t seem to figure out how to get rid of ‘au’. Seems like it is hard coded somewhere. So for example. If I enter email bob.doe@world.com then on the contact form I get bob.doe@world.comau

2. I know there is a CSS file included however it is very brief. Where do I find the CSS to change my fonts etc?

3. I created a simple site using your template that has a blog page. When viewing the site on an iPhone, and navigating to the blog page, the website does not show the blog page. It’s as if the menu option has not been selected. Please advise.

I’m also wondering if it is possible to create multi-page parallax site using your drag and drop builder? For example if I want the Gallery a standalone page. Will it be possible and will it be possible to have parallax effect on that standalone page?

Will I be able to have header slider on all pages and posts and is it possible to change height?

How about submenu, any news regarding it?

How many widgets can I have at footer?

Are you doing anything about you lack of support?

I was a bit hesitant to buy this theme given the intermittent responses to peoples questions. Please do not prove me right.

Just as a reminder:

1. In the contact module, any email address I type in the wordpress admin panel has an “au” appended to the end of the website when viewed on the website. How can I get rid of this?

2. Where do I find the CSS to change my fonts

Four urgent Pre-Sale Questions for this theme (Cutting Edge) and another of yours (Essato).

1) Is the theme coded using the WordPress best coding practices? I asked because I use several plugins which have broken in some themes not abiding with these WP standards, and the theme developers are helpless in offering support because their plugins are coded to support WP coding standards. The plugins worked well when using the default WP themes but broke the site when using some 3rd party plugins. An example of such plugin is event expresso. Most issues according to the plugin developers are related to query versions different from the default WP installation.

2) Can you please advise if we will get lifetime update for the theme and any 3rd party plugins you used? I need to be very clear about this so we don’t run into issues when WP gets upgraded to future versions or the 3rd party plugins get updated/upgraded by their developers.

3) Is it possible to install and use Content builders like Visual Composer or Massive Visual Builder to customize the pages layout further?

Hi, I have installed the demo and I have a problem finding where and how to set the text that appears over the images on the slide show. I tried to find an answer in the forum but even though there are similar questions from others, I did not find answers. Could you help me giving me by some guidance please?

One more question: How can I display two pins or two locations on the google-map?

Pre sales questions:

1- Is it possible to use the themes tools to customize the menus colors, font face and/or size?

2- do you provide support through a different website other than this page?

3- Does the front page use a different page template than other pages so I can edit the template (client wants a custom logo carousel above the folder pushing up the menu, on the home page for instance).

4- I see this is a theme that needs “activated” Will I be allowed to use it on a development server and the live server at the same time? Will I be able to uninstall and reinstall as many times as I need on the development server if I screw it up and need to start over?
