Theme looks nice, but to be honest, the code quality is not so good. I don't see any order in the class names. There is also a mix of pure JS with jQuery. If you like order in your code, I don't really recommend this theme.

There is no way to build a large maintenable app without typescript. 5 starts when Typescript is added to this template.

As soon as I installed it, I encountered bugs. I had to remove the map feature because that was their proposed solution instead of fixing the bug. They also don't discuss refunds. While their customer support is responsive, they can't help resolve the issues. The main reason for my rating is the bug.
I had to figure out the bug myself. I wouldn't recommend using a theme like this as you'll need expert-level knowledge of React and Next.js to customize it. Their components are so complex that you could build a new one faster than figuring out how to implement them in your existing project. The only option is to start from scratch. If you want to save time, it's better to use an easy-to-use UI component library. I recommend using Shadcn, DaisyUI, or Aceternity UI. With a little CSS knowledge, you can customize these libraries to your taste.

Simple e very functional. The Cost-benefit ratio is great, a low cost solution and lots of features. Please keep evolving the template.

Their documentation quality is really poor. And when I reach out to the customer support asking for any clarification, their straight response is "We can't help it!". I bought extended support, which is this point, seems a waste of money. Check other reviews on similar things for this developer.
Advise to developer - Please invest sometime to update your documentation. And incorporate the queries that you get from support to improve on it. It will save you bandwidth handling support queries and also improve customer experience.
