When purchasing Ekko, you have two licensing options: Regular License and Extended License. If your end product including the item is going to be free to the end user then a Regular License is what you need. An Extended License is required if the end user must pay to use the end product.

If you want to translate your website into two languages, you need to install a multi-language plugin. You have multiple options, but I will list the plugins that have been tested with the theme:

1. [Free] Use Polylang and Loco Translate
2. [Premium] Use WPML

Thanks so much for the fast reply! For anyone else that had this issue, it’s due to Elementor being installed and conflicts with that – so disable and it should work fine.

I really liked your topic, but since I use it for the client, I look at the capabilities of the header as it can be changed to meet the client’s requests. If you add new styles of header in the future, then I will acquire a theme. You have many original and rare elements for building pages.

Thanks for writing in! The theme offers a Side Panel and a Popup Modal. You can trigger these using the Header Buttons. If you want to trigger them using another button, our support team can help with that.

I have. How about you guys have a look at that ticket and do something about this, I just spent 2 hours trying to fix this and it is getting frustrating. I don´t understand how someone can get a simple thing like getting a purchase key to actually work wrong. Here is the ticket number: #2350552

Thanks for writing in! I will try to answer all your questions in order:

1. We are focusing on fixing current theme issues and adding new features. New demos are not scheduled in the near future.

2. You can use different blocks/parts from other websites. These modules are interchangeable. The theme offers a Template Manager system where you can browse and add any element to your page.

3. We are experiencing some server issues at the moment. Our devs are working on fixing them.

4. Images are not included with the demos. Due to copyright issues we are not allowed to re-distribute them. You need to upload your own images. Also, PSD files are not included – we have built the demos using the Page Builder. Documentation is available here: https://www.ekko-wp.com/documentation/

5. The theme doesn’t offer a backup system – you need to install a plugin for that. If you want to make changes to the theme core files, you can use the child theme included with your download.

6. You can import/export the theme options data.

7. The theme gives you access to over 800 Google Fonts. Integration with Adobe Typekit fonts is also possible.

8. Support includes: answering technical questions about item’s features, assistance with reported bugs and issues and help with included 3rd party assets.

9. We are uploading new updates once every month.

10. We consider only the refund claims connected with the quality of the theme itself, its functionality and features. Refunds are issued only in case there is a theme flaw and you do not want to wait till the fix is ready.
