Theme not installing properly first there is issues with htaccess than theme files need support or refund as soon as possible. No one is responding to ticket at auther site

Hello… I’m having trouble replacing the paypal.png image. I found a post here where you said to replace the file in two places:
app/design/frontend/Alothemes/default/web/images/paypal.png pub/static/frontend/Alothemes/default/en_US/images/paypal.png
But one of them did not existed… and the other I replaced the image and when I leave the folder and open it back, the older file is back there… and I inspect the image in my browser the file path is a folder that I cannot find: pub/static/version1571848198/frontend/Alothemes/demo2/pt_BR/images/paypal.png there’s no version1571848198 folder inside the static one…
And I couldn’t find the folder with the translation file… in theme documentation you specify as app/design/frontend/Alothemes/default/i18n/en_ES.csv but there’s no folder i18n inside the default one….
Could you help me out, please?
Oh and is there a way to show the first child category in the vertical menu aswell?

If you using demo2 you can add new file paypal.png to path app/design/frontend/Alothemes/demo2/web/images/paypal.png pub/static/frontend/Alothemes/demo2/pt_BR/images/paypal.png note directory versionxyz… not exist and magento will rewrite to pub/static/frontend/Alothemes/demo2/pt_BR/images/paypal.png with file .htacesss 2. The file translates not exist you can create it. You using pt_BR you can create a new file in app/design/frontend/Alothemes/demo2/i18n/pt_BR.csv and translte as a guide here: https://devdocs.magento.com/guides/v2.3/frontend-dev-guide/translations/translate_practice.html You can install package language here: https://github.com/Magento2Translations/language_pt_br to translate core Magento 2.

Please we have a problem with Adding or editing of New Address adress from customers.
In this picture : https://nimb.ws/ped5Fk Customer want to add shipping adress and when the country (Côte d’Ivoire) is selected, in State/Province field, there is no data.
But if you select country (France), you will see a dropdown field in State/Province.

you don’t understand english or what? i said we will use the extension to make the website multi-vendor and i asked if your theme is build in mind for multi-vendor or not, and whether have the options i asked or not, if not support and not compatible just say not, and if you don’t understand my questions i will explain more, but don’t answer me like that
Which extension are you using? Magento has many extension multi-vendor so I can’t say yes or no but I’m sure if extension available feature above and works in Magento default it will work in our theme.
