The theme has many options for export, but where or how can I re-import these files?
HI, You can import in Magiccart > Magic Install > Magic Setup => Choose theme you export here.
So, e.g. if I configure the default theme in dev environment and want to copy it to live shop, I go through these steps?
- install the theme files in live shop
- copy all files from folder app/code/local/Magiccart/Alothemes/etc/import/default in dev environment to same folder in the live shop
- log into live shop backend and go to Magiccart > Magic Install > Magic Setup an install default theme
Hi, You need copy all file and directory in folder theme to your magento after go to Magiccart > Magic Install > Magic Setup => choose theme want to install and submit, You please read more guide install only tempalte in path magento1.x\documentation of package theme.
I think, you misunderstand me…
I have installed your theme in our development environment and then I customize it (colors, pages, blocks, etc.) to our needs. Now I want to transfer this customized theme to the live environment.
If I install the theme, as described in your manual, then I lose all customizations which I made in the developemt environment. So I thought, I can export all the customizations in developement environment and then re-import them in the live system.
Is this possible?
Yes, You go to Magiccart > Magic Install > Magic Export => Export all pages, blocks, config ..etc after copy all file new export in app/code/local/Magiccart/Alothemes/etc/import/{our_theme_used} to live site and import again.

We have installed your electro theme in a Magento 2.1.3 installation and we have an issue. Tried to enable minify js through magento backend and noticed that when do that, nothing of js working in the site.

Hi, After enable mifify js you need login ssh and go to root magento run command below:
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
First support experience after buying the theme, and it was not a good experience to say the least.
I got a MySQL error when trying to import their database, submitted a support request ticket to theme developer along with the error and login to cPanel.
Received this as the response: “This issue can cause with version mysql”, along with a link to a help page on Magento. Yes they referred me to Magento so that I could “I guess” help myself.
Ran this “solution” past my ISP and they confirmed my MySQL is up to date according to Magento, and went on to say the error is a “SQL statement or SQL comment”. In other words not a MySQL version issue, but something from within the their database.
Now I wait until Monday to see what their next response is, let’s hope I don’t have to post anymore updates on the “support” of this theme.
Got our database issues resolved, ISP was able to install on their end.

it is possible to extend the “Product Collection” field in the backend under i.e. Magiccart -> Magic Product -> main-product-timer?
Background: We want to to give our customer the possibility to add products to a category and let the timer group show the products from these one category.

Your theme has some serious issues with the rules from Google. Google says the site has SPAM. Google will not accept my site now because of SPAM so i can’t start with adwords campaings.

I have a pre-sales question. I noticed the demo is very fast, most of the Magento sites I have worked on are not usually this fast. Has this demo been tuned to run this fast, or can I expect your template to run just as fast on our dedicated server at Inmotion hosting?

i want when i have Category > SubCategory > Sub-Subcategory layout in the megamenu, the third level category (sub-sub-category) to be visible always and not with a drop down from second level category.

Hi, If you want display menu follow layout megamenu, you can follow step below:
magento 1.x: System > Configuration > Magiccart > Magic Menu > Dropdown Navigation => Un-select item here.
magento 2.x: Stores > Configuration > Magiccart > Magic Menu > Dropdown Navigation => Un-select item here.
note: in layout megamenu from level 4 always show as drop down because show as list level 3 will too many categories don’t look good.

Hello, we just purchased Electro, but when we install the template (substitute the app and pub folders), Magento totally crashes. What would be the cause of it and do we actually have to exactly substitute the app and pub folders from the theme directory?

I bought your theme and i installed the quickstart on a magento 2.1.3 installaiton.
I have issues when trying to change the default applied theme to demo3. I tried to change it from Content > Configuration > Edit (on global and main website) > Applied theme. I choose demo3 but when i click on the “save and continue” or “save configuration” button, nothing happens.
Also i enabled the single store mode from Stores > Configuration > Enable Single-Store Mode, but without luck.
Can you please tell me if this is a configuration issue or something with the server? (eg permissions)

Hi, 1. From magento 2.1.x footer can’t save tag html you please remove tag in this section example change “By Alothemes.” to “By Alothemes”
2. Unfortunately I have no experience with “single store mode ”.
