Theme is DOA for me. Installed theme on a fresh wordpress and immediately get a critical error on website.

I’m sorry to hear you’re running into a critical error with the Elementra theme. Based on your feedback, it seems the issue might be server-related rather than with the theme itself.
Even on a fresh install, some hosts come with pre-installed plugins. To rule out a plugin conflict, access your site’s files via an FTP client or your host’s file manager. Navigate to wp-content/plugins and temporarily rename the folder to something like plugins_old. This will deactivate all plugins. If the site loads, the issue is with a plugin.
The fastest way to a solution is to submit a ticket https://support.themerex.net/ to our support team. Provide us with as much detail as possible, including:
- Your WordPress and PHP versions.
- A copy of the critical error message (from the error log if you can find it).
- Admin details.

After updating Elementor to the latest version, my website crashed with a critical error. The issue is caused by the TRX Addons plugin, specifically the AI Helper module.
Here’s the error from the debug log: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class “TrxAddons\AiHelper\WidgetGenerator” not found in /wp-content/plugins/trx_addons/addons/ai-helper/shortcodes/igenerator/igenerator-sc-elementor.php:22
Steps to reproduce: 1. Update Elementor to the latest version. 2. Keep TRX Addons (with AI Helper active) enabled. 3. Load the site or wp-admin.
Expected result: Site should load without errors. Actual result: Site crashes with a fatal PHP error.
Please advise on a fix or update, as this breaks the site and requires disabling TRX Addons to regain access.

I disabled the AI Helper. I don’t want this enabled. I had this issue before, where this “helper” was causing trouble. All the plugins are up to date, no reinstall is needed. Just turn this thing off

You are correct that some of our Elementra skins, such as the ones with the WooCommerce label, are built with full support for WooCommerce integration from the get-go. This means they are optimized and ready for creating an online store.
For the SMM Studio skin, we cannot guarantee full compatibility with WooCommerce. We are always working to improve Elementra and expand the capabilities. We’re consistently adding new features and updates, and it is possible that full WooCommerce compatibility for all skins may be added in a future updates.
Regarding your 2nd question, yes, you should purchase a separate license for each of your four clients. According to our licensing terms, a single license covers only one website. This ensures proper functionality, technical support, and updates for each individual project.

Secondly, I am looking to purchase your nutrition site and wondered if to keep plugins to a minimum, you could integrate a BMI calculator and Recipe Maker I am on a personal journey of making better food choices and want to share my gained knowledge with others. The demo when tested on Pingdom did not do well. Two F’s. My concern is Make fewer HTTP requests. One D: Add Expires headers, and one B: Avoid URL redirects. overall performance is a C: 76. And load time was 3.71. I tested on the San Fran server. I realize some code in the url is because it is a test demo, and I know the images have not been optimized and that will change when I use my own images. That said, what on your development side will change to improve speed as stated in your comments. I would add a screenshot but this format does not allow that function. Thanks so much.
