Hi there, just purchased your theme through envato. Love it. Quick question – on the events page can you remove the speaker tab from the details section at the bottom. I only want schedule, ticket price and contact. But speaker tab is appearing and I can’t see how to remove it.

I already did that. Unfortunately, a post-type title cannot be overwritten, but Loco gives an error message …

- “sit numeration option”: No it isn’t.
- “QR code”: Yes it is.

I bought this theme (via Envato Elements) and unfortunately when I went to activate Landing Page 2, the registration form does not appear on the Slider. I’ve tried everything I know, but he doesn’t come.

If the theme was working fine I didn´t came here and asking for help. I import Demo Data exactly was in your Documentation (by PlugIn). I open the page and it doesn´t work like i see in demo. Simple as that. I only Ask for you give me the richt direction to look for resolve this, only this.
You have to edit page and choose event in register form element.

We have a small question relates to the ova events manager plugin:
We tried to give access to events manager (events,venue,speaker) and gave capabilities (add,edit,delete posts) for other new role we created but the events manager dashboard side doesn’t appear if we didn’t give the new created role that capability ( manage_woocommerce) rather than we can access the backend pages but the the events manager dashboard menu still hidden needs that cap that we mentioned to appear.
Can you help us to show the events manager dashboard in the side menu without giving that role that cap of (manage_woocommerce)

We cannot post to support forum as our support has ended, ok we want the role author or contributor in wordpress to have access to the events manager menu at dashboard menu, we gave add them the menu item but it doesn’t appear because its dependable on a certain capability, so can you list to us the cababilities here need to any new role to have access to the events manager (events,venues,speakers) ... all we need is the capabilities we need to add to the contributor or any role created by us to have access to that tab menu of the events manager

Hi, You can download again package and update theme, plugin to latest version.
I mean the the theme hasn’t been updated since january, and there are some bugs that we cannot report like: if a user with role events manager created event he cannot import speakers in the schedule created by other users or by admin, only the speakers created by that user are shown to import them in event schedule.
So is there is in your plan any intentions for new updates for this theme ? As you are exerting more efforts on meup more and wr are interested in this theme style more

So here is a small things i hope you can implement in the next update: 1. Fix mega menu issue css.
2. When creating event with a new user with a role “Events Manager” creating new event and adding speakers to schedule it lists the speakers created by that user only to choose from in the event details backend dashboard, we need it to list all the speakers that has been created even by admins as it lists all the venues in the event details backend dashboard. (users with event manager role cant see all the speakers created by admin https://snipboard.io/RgP8BK.jpg .. its empty list to them )
3. We need an option to change venue header per venue as its for speakers & events: https://snipboard.io/ZEqkai.jpg
4. Event start & end date to have a 15/30 minutes option not just hourly. because some events starts at 9:30 or 9:15
5. Option in venue backend details to hide it from to be listed in the venues dropdown list in the search: https://snipboard.io/A9sWU2.jpg
I know that this is not a support dashboard but we wrote them down here hopefully to include them in the next update to be able to get benefit from the net update and we will update our support licence

Hi, before I buy wanted to know if I can get rid of the main landing page and have the upcoming events section show up top of the page? So when the website opens users see upcoming events right away without having to scroll down.
second question is, and this may sound funny, but I see that there are at least 4 different versions of the theme. But I see only one for sale. which version do i get when i buy this? For example version 1 has only one row of events and version 2 has 2 rows of events.

Could you please bring more explanation on the mailing system? for example I tested the solution as a subscriber and tried a registration, it says that a mail has been sent, but I received nothing on my e-mail. Also concerning the tickets, when the subscriber book for a ticket, it is not sent to his e-mail and it cannot be found in his profile!
