first of all thanks for interesting and purchasing our template,
we replied your email in less than two hours and explained you that the color chooser is for demo only as this is like all other ThemeForst items, to show all buyers that the template contains other 12 skin colors.
we (like all other authors) on themeforest don’t include the skin chooser in the downloaded package as it is a part of the demo.
There are 12 skin colors css included in the package, and how to select one of them in your site is explained in the documentation file,

Please be sure that you have the latest version of EXCEPTION and you are using the php contact pages not the HTML ones, cause we made the contact html pages for people that don’t need php code.

thanks for interesting in EXCEPTION,
This option is for smooth scroll and can be disabled only by removing lines of code in js file. although it is tested and worked on windows phone, but we can re-work on it to recognize the issue, you can only disable it easily from JavaScript and it is already smoothly scrolling by windows phone default behavior.

Hi, EXCEPTION is HTML template not a wordpress theme or blog template so it needs more work to be converted to a blog template, you can wait till we release the wordpress theme and it will be easy to install and manage

then you can add a scrollspeed parameter to control the scrolling speed as follows :
