Side Bar is not working after update!
After updating to latest version: when saving a new post, the custom fields: “custom_sidebar” & “page_layout” are not updating as used to do. As a result, all posts are showing full page.

I updated straight from 1.4 to 2.0 and it screwed up the site. I think it’s the visual composer. It says that the plugin is not updated. How do i update the visual composer from the theme?

just open your FTP then open this DIR :
wp-content\plugins
and delete the folder “it-rays-shortcodes”
then go to your WP dashboard and re-install the it-rays-shortcodes plugin this will resolve the issue until we include this fix in the next update.
Made the changes … it worked but now when I go to add a new post and select a sidebar .. it doesn’t show… so any thoughts on that?

Hi Guys, lovely theme. I’d like to just import the settings for your home page version 3. Is that even possible. I particularly like the slider. Is there a place I can just import the layerslider files so I can use a templates? Or just one of the pages in the demo (I’m interested in demo home 3). Couldn’t find anything in documentation about this.

if you just need the home 3 revolution slider you can just open the downloaded package and then go to Resources\demo-data\revslider
and you will find the home3.zip revolution slider.

Version 1.5 is WordPress theme, they are away different

Hi I have problems with “single image” element in visual builder, in settings there is a section for setting “on click action”. And I would like it to be zoomed od displayed in prettyPhoto. But it doesn’t work, no matter which action I chose.

Hi when I am in the Exception theme settings, I can’t seem to select any of the other Theme Options anymore. I have just updated to the lastest packaged theme. The error at the bottom of the page is: Fatal error: Call to undefined function format_for_editor() in /wp-content/themes/exception/it-framework/classes/it-framework.class.php on line 262.

Hello. Is there any way to adjust the sticky header height? I have a tall logo so the default height of the sticky header causes the lower half of the logo to display off the background. If I adjust the logo height to fit, the logo will be too small.

To customize you will need to edit the php code you have to have good knowledge to edit it,
For the Easy digital download page, why i cannot see the vendor profile?

It is a custom page layout we created it from our point of view, I agree it needs some work and we’ll do our best to enhance it in future updates.

The theme supports the main WC plugin, we didn’t test it on other plugins, it is not supposed to test the plugin on all plugins in the world
