Hi, I recently updated the Magento version to 2.4.7 but my fastest theme is not compatible with the latest version of Magento 2. I understand you are working on the new version of this theme but I am wondering when the compatible version would be available. Please advise. Thank you.

I submitted a ticket, regarding checkout compatibility with Adobe Payment Services, but last response was over four weeks ago. I’m also not able to sign into freshdesk. Hi guys, Our developer is upgrading the website to Magento version.2.4.6. After updating the theme, Frontend is not working. There is error from Hightech_child theme (the theme which we created to do customization). If we set Codazon Hightech theme than it works. Do we need to copy any files from the parent theme to the child theme to fix the issue? Can you please guide us on how the child theme error can be fixed on the fronted? Thank you so much!

We upgraded the site to Magento ver. 2.4.6-p5 and also updated theme 1 month ago but the Home Page elements go upside down on page loading/navigating. Your demo site https://magento2-fastest.codazon.com/hightech_en has the same issue according to our Magento developer. Please check at your end and fix this issue in the new update. Also Mega Menu (Browse by categories) and Footer Menu dont expand on Mobile devices after upgrade.

hello.. can I edit currency symbol change left to right on admin panel?
You can change the theme by adjusting the “Right to Left” settings in the admin panel. This will update the entire site, including the currency symbol.
If you want to move the currency symbol to the right of the number, you need to use a 3rd-party extension, such as:

Your review and reply was toolate my friend, I managed to solve the issues my self. But you can help me with last one thr brands are not displayed as they should on front page, the images are not visible.
The search is not showing any results. it just keeps glowing. it only shows results when you hit enter but there are no suggestions as dropdown.

The latest version of your theme has same issues as I have described above. The search is still not working, even after clearing the cache and browser cache it is still not showing any results. The brands are still not showing. have a look at www.kedka.com

I already open a ticket (20739) regarding Product filter carousel:
Uncaught TypeError: a(...).find(...).andSelf is not a function at c.<anonymous> (owl.carousel.min.js:2:7592)
Owl Carousel is no more updated and jquery doesn’t have the functions called anymore.

Hello, I’m trying to use the fastest theme for Magento 2 again after a while and against my expectations it is working. Only thing I am not able make work is the displaying of products on front page blocks.
I have tried many options and fix’s but the “NEW RELEASED” does not show anything that it should according to the widget settings.
Also the Instagram does not show any feed with my won Token.
Could you please guide me how I can solve this issue.

Addthis api has stopped its services and social sharing icons are not working on product share page. Do you have any solution for this yet.
We’re working to replace Addthis api.

its been 2 months and Social Share Api hasn’t been changed and feature to share is not working at all.
We’re solving critical problem first then find another free social api later. We check some social api but it stop working.

Hello, I bought 1 year support but when I open tickets you answer after two/three months, for example #20368 opened in 11 march and #20411 opened in 29 march waiting for you to take action. Will the expiration date be extended? Will the problems actually be taken care of?
