When you click export you should see the code window pop up and you can download your HTML page. Then you’ll need to upload this page (and the other template files) using your FTP. That’s explained in more detail in the documentation.

Here’s the problem- There is no popup. There is no window, I’m using Safari for Mac. Any other pointers I can try? Soon as I click “EXPORT” I see or get nothing. Thanks

Are you clicking export on the content tab or the pages tab of the sidebar? I think perhaps we might be able to better assist you on a ticket if you open one at mediumrare.ticksy.com

You can switch them to be h1 tags if you’d like, they are using h2 or 3 at the moment so the size is consistent with the rest of the typography.

Hey there,

These are omitted in the builder’s version of the navigation as there is no in-built functionality fro shop and search in a pure HTML incarnation of the page. You can still add them to the nav by copying the code from one of the template html files and pasting it into your output HTML file.

We’re working to the make the builder version congruent with the template files so you’ll notice as the template is updated (generally on around a 2 week cycle) new content is added to the builder.

I finally found a solution, using onclick event and replacing submit forms by simple buttons.

But, still something going wrong. Have you ever tried to insert accordions in vertical button tabs ? The accordions’ animation are not working anymore and the content of the accordion is acting weird.

Thanks for the reply. I forgot to mention I was trying to embed it in tab. But once, I took it out of the tab, it worked. Inside a tab, it doesn’t – weird.

more precise after global testing: after resizing from dektop to mobile … opening the mobile menu ….resizing back to desktop

I’m sure you will understand that we do test thoroughly on real mobile devices before release and we are confident that there is no real-world case where someone would resize the browser window down to a mobile width and open the mobile menu then resize the window back to desktop width. We will investigate, but you can be assured that this doesn’t occur on a real mobile device.
