Are all files I get from regular license and extended license exactly the same? We would like to purchase a regular license and confirm features of this template before purchasing an extended license. Would it be possible?

Yes all files are the same and you can buy extended licence later. Not all but most of the apps, page designs included in the layered psd files.

React uses jsx syntax instead of xml/html, we are also using jss in the theme so do not buy for to use with vuejs.

You could change the project to use composite roles in “user.role”... it would be easy to implement third-party auth systems like Keycloak
