In the current version, the theme offers the following options for product category pages:

• Category image
• Category title
• Category description

You have options to display products on the category page, or the subcategories, or both.

GOMAX also includes an EXCLUSIVE feature called Global Sections, which allows you to add any section conditionally and fully customize it using Elementor. This makes it possible to create and display custom content specifically on category pages.

Additionally, our team can add an extra field for a second description upon request—just reach out to support.

Bonus feature: It’s also possible to manually create a fully customized page for each product category using Elementor. You can then add a product grid with a custom query to display exactly the products you want.

1. Image Recommendation:
For full-width banners, we recommend using images sized at 1920×850px. This ensures good quality on most screen sizes. However, make sure to optimize your images for better performance. This tool can be helpful: https://compressjpeg.com/

2. Compare Plugin (Bug Fix):
Please install and activate the “Smart Compare” plugin again. Then go to Gomax Theme > WooCommerce > Product Catalog and uncheck the “Compare” option. After that, you can deactivate and delete the plugin if you prefer.

2. Change the logo in the Navbar: From your WordPress dashboard, go to Gomax Theme > Global Sections, locate your Navbar, and edit it with Elementor. Inside the Navbar Widget, go to the “Logo” tab and set your preferences.

Click Edit and choose from the three available options: Color, Label, and Image.

This is the expected behavior, but it’s possible to make it work the way you want.

Go to Appearance > Customize > Additional JS and add this:

The new version of the theme includes a setting that you need to enable to ensure your plugin works properly (I forgot to mention this earlier).

To do this, from your WordPress Dashboard, navigate to:
Gomax Theme > WooCommerce > Single Product

Then, under the option “Add to Cart Layout”, select:
“WooCommerce Default”

This will make the module compatible with your plugin.
