You need to check in two places to understand why your logo is not appearing:
- GOMAX Theme > Branding
- GOMAX Theme > Global Sections > “Your Navbar”
Note that you can edit your Navbar using Elementor. In the Navbar widget, you can choose whether to add a logo directly there or use the global logo from GOMAX Theme > Branding.

Hi, not able to import demo content. i checked this theme on 2-3 servers, on every server its showing success message that demo content imported successfully but nothing importing. can you please look into this. raising ticket for same.

Hello. I have two questions but before i would like to say that i love this theme. So first i want to ask if there is any way to break lines in the short description of a product as it just shows all the text in a single paragraph. The second thing that i need help with is that for some my product carousel in the home screen for some reason when i slide it to the left it glitches and reloads all the products again.

There is a problem with importing. It imports home page, products, shop styles and landingpage1 landingpage2, but NOT the whole site (missing about, services, single service, prices, faq, contact, find a store, as well NO blog, NO portfolio, NO elements).
Can you fix it?

The issue you reported is unusual. If you successfully imported one page, the others should have been included as well since they are part of the same XML file. The only possible reasons for incomplete data import are an interruption during the process, refreshing the page before it was finished, or a memory limit on your server.

Thank you for your reply. For video as well! Yes I did exactly as on the video. It imports everything, but omits some of the pages (like I mentioned before). On some pages he points to your website with the pages (as it is not imported at all). I already fixed manually some pages ….
I can’t find way to edit top bars (one on the homepage saying “Free delivery on orders…” coupon) and another in customer area top bar where it says Account (“My-Account” is good is imported but link points to your website), Order (missing page “Order-tracking” link points to your website), Support (link points to your website), Follow Us (all good), English (all good), USD (all good).
Where I can go to edit ? I don’t want to play with myphp to edit database registry.

I just updated my website with the latest version of the theme you released today, hoping it would resolve my issue. Unfortunately, the problem persists. I can still add products to the cart without selecting a size for the product.

Themeasy only needs Elementor FREE to offer its full potential. There is NO need to purchase Elementor PRO or any other paid plugin. Although this is not mandatory, if you have Elementor PRO it will also work perfectly.

⚡How to Add Custom Fonts to the GOMAX Theme

From the WordPress Dashboard:
Go to Plugins > Add New and search for “Fonts Plugin”. Here’s the plugin link for reference: Olympus Google Fonts. Install and activate the plugin. -
Upload Your Fonts:
In the WordPress menu, a new option called “Fonts Plugin” will appear. Navigate to Fonts Plugin > Upload Fonts, upload your font file, give it a name, and save it. You can upload as many fonts as you like. -
Customize Your Fonts:
Go to Fonts Plugin > Customize Fonts > Basic Settings and select your uploaded fonts as desired. -
Add Custom CSS:
In WordPress, go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and add the following code:

Recommendation: Get a Complete Copy of the Demo Site

Here are the detailed instructions to configure the WPC Product Size Chart for WooCommerce plugin:
1. Go to Plugins in your WordPress dashboard, search for “WPC Product Size Chart for WooCommerce”, install it, and activate it.
2. After activation, a new option will appear in the WordPress admin menu called “Size Charts”. Navigate to this option and create a new size chart. For example, refer to this screenshot: https://imgur.com/2BoZ11B.
3. In the “Apply” field, choose whether the chart will be displayed on all products or select “None” if you want to manually assign it to specific products.
