You can simply ignore that warning. It refers to data from the MonsterInsights plugin that’s present on our demo site, but it’s unnecessary for you and doesn’t need to be imported.

Hello, I’m having a serious issue with the GoMax theme – the “Add to cart” button does not work on mobile devices.
Here’s the situation:
The button is visible, but when clicked, the product is not added to the cart.
After clicking, the cart stays empty or nothing happens.
This also affects the “Buy Now” button, which should redirect directly to the checkout.
Everything works perfectly fine on desktop – the issue only appears on mobile.
All products are simple products – no variations, no custom fields.
All plugins, WordPress, and the theme are fully updated.
I’ve tested many things, including:
checking for console errors,
disabling plugins,
switching themes temporarily – the issue disappears with other themes.
All signs point to an issue with the GoMax theme, possibly something is blocking AJAX functionality or buttons are not rendered correctly on mobile.

Thank you for your message. We’ve reviewed your website and noticed that you’re using some plugins we haven’t tested with the theme, which may lead to compatibility issues.
The “Add to Cart” feature isn’t working properly on both mobile and desktop, but we’ll help fix that.
Your Przelewy24 plugin is causing an unpleasant loading effect on the button. To fix this, go to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Appearance > Customizer > Additional CSS, and add the following:
.woocommerce .add_to_cart_button.loading {
background: none;
}
You’ve configured WooCommerce to redirect users to the cart page after adding a product. This can discourage them from adding more items. If this is intentional, feel free to keep it that way. Otherwise, to change this behavior, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products tab, and uncheck “Redirect to the cart page after successful addition”.
The cart page appears empty even when products are added. This is due to caching settings in your WP Rocket plugin. Go to WP Rocket > Settings > Advanced Rules, and in the “Specify time after which the global cache is cleared” field, enter 6 hours. This will ensure the cache is cleared at the right time for WooCommerce. Always remember to clear the WP Rocket cache after making changes.

Hi guys, we have an issue with cart. If someone tries to add something it is there, but if he/she gets back to homepage, go to other website and get back, it doesn’t saves the current state of the cart. also sometimes it is like it get’s stupid and just reloads the website when you try to add the item.
Hi, this issue is related to the cache configuration of your LiteSpeed Cache plugin.
- Clear all caches and the issue should be resolved.
- Alternatively, uninstall the plugin and the issue will also be resolved.

We recommend using the Header/Navbar from the GOMAX theme for better compatibility.
We haven’t tested the search functionality with a custom Header/Navbar built using Elementor Pro, but please note that the search bar in the GOMAX theme is integrated with the FiboSearch plugin. You can try using the following shortcode:

Hello. How do i change the page that is used to display the search results ? I would love to use one of the shop-styles with the sidebars to filter but haven’t found how to do it. 1. Unfortunately, this is not possible because the AJAX search filters are a feature of Themeasy and are fully customizable with Elementor. The search results page, however, follows the WooCommerce standard, for example: Search Example. We will check the possibility of making it work as you suggested—it would be amazing!
2. To set your “Shop Page” to one of the customizable Elementor demos (Style 1, Style 2, etc.), simply change the URL of your preferred style to ”/shop” or any other slug you prefer. You should not select this page in the WooCommerce settings. Example: Screenshot. Leave it unselected.
Try the following: select a blank page in the WooCommerce settings as the “shop page,” and it should look like this: Shop Page Example.
For other styles, leave the settings blank and change the URL/slug accordingly.

How to Enable the Registration Form in WooCommerce?
If the “My Account” page only shows the login form and not the registration form, follow these steps:
1. Enable Customer Registration in WooCommerce:
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings.
- Click on the Accounts & Privacy tab.
- Under Account creation, check the option:
- ✅ “Allow customers to create an account on the My Account page”
- Click Save changes.
2. Check the My Account Page Shortcode:
Make sure the My Account page contains the following shortcode:

I’ve been trying to fix an issue with my site for almost three days now but haven’t had any luck. I updated the GOMAX theme to version 1.0.7 and the Themeasy plugin to version 1.0.6 as per the instructions. I also checked WooCommerce > Products > Attributes and made sure the “Type” settings are correct.
Despite all that, I still can’t get things to work properly, even after reinstalling the demo multiple times. I’d really appreciate any help in figuring this out. If needed, I can provide my WordPress login details so you can check directly.

I’m trying to set up translations on my site with your theme, but I’m encountering some issues. I wanted to ask you how did you preset the theme regarding this feature? because when I installed the theme, no particular plugin was suggested to be installed, so I downloaded any one thinking that it would automatically integrate with the style of the theme. Currently I have double language selector, one is from the theme and the other is from the plugin. The plugin I installed is called Gtranslate. How can I combine these two into 1 (theme style)?

I believe there is an issue with the product search function on the demo. Initially, I thought it only affected my imported site, but I noticed the same issue on your website. When searching for “headphones,” the shop page displays unrelated products instead of matching results. Could you please check this on your end and let me know?

I want to style the navigation so that all menu items (except the ‘Contact’ button) align to the left, while the ‘Contact’ button is positioned on the far right, with space between them for a balanced layout. In the demo’s imported content, this layout worked correctly. However, after modifying the ‘Contact Us’ button, all the navigation items became centered instead of maintaining the intended left-right alignment.
