visual composer has stopped working – I have purchesed the latest version and it is also not working with the theme. Is your theme not compatible with wordpress 4.9

We are using WordPress 4.9 on our site and Visual Composer works fine.
Please try:
- Clearing your browser cache.
- Deactivating other third party plugins and clear cache. If one of your third party plugins is not compatible with WordPress 4.9, please contact plugin author for help.

Please check the following things:
- You go to Theme Options > WooCommerce tab. You find the Enable Catalog Mode option. If you enable it, you will need to disable it.
- With the Shop and Single Product pages, you go to Theme Options > Product Category tab and Theme Options > Product Details tab. You find the Product Add To Cart Button option and enable it.
- With the product shortcode, in the product settings panel, you find the Show add to cart button option and change it to Yes.

We have recently purchased your theme and we seem to be facing a problem.
While everything works perfectly we cannot seem to change the themes header style no matter what we do.
We have tried deleting and re-installing the theme, and deactivating all plugins but the problem persists. We can change every setting of the theme with no problem, but the header.
Could we please find a solution for this??

- You install the installable WordPress package, not the package which contains documentation, psd, .... If you download the package which contains documentation, psd, ..., you need to extract it and install the gon.zip file.
- Your PHP version is 5.6 or greater. If you are using an old PHP version, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to upgrade PHP for you.

I just download the ‘supermarket’ full demo and its look like a complete system, not just a theme. Currently i have DOKAN installed and i want to use ‘supermarket’ as a theme. If i follow the instruction, looks like supermarket will be another website and not attach to my DOKAN. Do i need to remove all and install ‘supermarket’ first then only i add up with DOKAN plugins?

We are interesting in purchasing your theme and we would like to ask if your theme supports 3 columns for product list display for both the main page and the shop pages. (eg, http://demo.theme-sky.com/gon-supermarket-3/ , http://demo.theme-sky.com/gon-supermarket-3/shop/ )
It is a necessity for the usage we want, the theme to have large photos so a 3 column display would give us such an option.

So it will have more space between products. You can add the custom css below. It will look like my screenshots.

hi, are we authorised to make changes to the template? in case we do not want to use wordpress anymore, can we use the GON theme on a website that not use wordpress for the duration of the license?

You can try using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-optimize/. It will help you remove all unnecessary data (post revisions, expired transient, spam, trash …). You should backup your database before optimizing it by using this plugin.
