To work with Goodwin theme and customize your online store, you don’t need a special app. However, if you have specific needs or want to add advanced features to your store, you may consider integrating third-party apps (for example, reviews apps, marketing apps, etc). I paid a small fortune for the license extension because I desperately need support to fix the mobile version of my store. All of my product images are squished. I submitted a ticket a week ago, and have had zero response, despite begging for help four more times. This is my store’s biggest sale month of the year, and I NEED HELP!!!! I need a response. Can anybody confirm is this theme is current and works with Shopify 2.0. It hasn’t been updated since May 2021. Almost 1 year later.
Looks like a great theme but all the comments say otherwise.. Especially since it’s about double the cost of all others.
Would really like to know how well it works.
Hi, sir! Our theme works on Shopify 2.0 but without sections everywhere and new collection filters features.
Real tough with the support, response times vary from 3-6+ days at a time. If there is things that require a two way conversation you’re weeks (or in my case months). Whilst a try to feed as much info as possible at each interaction, there’s is a low volume reply. One of the responses was to add them to the site as a user (which was already done so they hadn’t checked and then a week to see that they saw that reply). We’re completely stuck on an aspect that works on other themes, and have completed a lot of work. Tried through other channels, but no reply. Explained the urgency, and 4 days later, still no reply or acknowledgement. 6 months support, will probably get you 1/3 of a conversation at this pace. giving it a couple more days or requesting refund.

I have provided a loom video to SHOW you that you’re providing the wrong information and support. Since it’s Thursday evening now, I’ll probably get the next response in 2023.

Hello, I have to move a site that I have currently made in wordress to shopify and I wanted to use your theme (the one for watches to be more specific). I only have one question related to the number of products and categories I have a total of 1580 products and 69 categories. Could your theme have a problem with this? Last question is related to the setting. The home of my current site has a section dedicated to brands. I’d need to bring it back to shopify but your theme demo doesn’t currently show anything like this. Is it possible to recreate it with some element not currently displayed on your home?

Theme is not able to load images into the mobile app. When you publish website as mobile app through android apk. it was working fine with 2.2 version but since scss is deprecated I had to upgrade to 3.0 version and facing the issue that in app the webpage won’t load. But overall theme is good and leads to conversions

Thank you for reply found the solution as well we need to add the following LOC in the app bundle. theme then works ok and loads into the app as well properly WebSettings webSettings=mywebView.getSettings(); webSettings.setDomStorageEnabled(true);
