I am planning to use this theme to make front end site for my online courses which are hosted on teachable/thinkific/udemy . I wanted to know that can the ’ course cards ’ ( the squarish grid boxes with an image and basic description of the course) connect directly to an external link to my hosted thinkific, etc course pages ?

I also wanted to ask if i can quote my prices in Indian rupees instead of the dollars as shown on your demo ?

Hello, i’ve got a problem (ERROR 500) with my website (https://www.instic.fr/) after an update of all my plug-in. I don’t know which plug-in did the problem, but it was written there is a server problem. It’s impossible for me to connect to the back office (but if you are just a visitor with no account connexion on the site you can see and visit all pages without problem, i think thanks to the cache). How can I do to have an access to my back office? Do you think you can find a solution about that, or maybe help me to recover my backup (I did backup frequently with BackWPup but I don’t know where I can find it) et download it on my site please ?

I have installed the Real Estate theme. I cannot find the short code for adding or editing a property, I have updated the plugins as per the documentation. The site is still asking me to install DesignThemes Core Features Plugin 1.5 which should no loner be the case. This is getting frustrating as I have been going in circles for 2 days now.

Hi I have some questions: i would like to purchase this theme but i would like to understand first if it can fit my needs : 1) is it possible to create mailing lists based on courses? having different students for different courses already organized make life easier as well to send newsletter to them weekly based to track the situation. do you have this feature? 2) would it be possible to make available specific chapter of the course on a specific date only for a subset of students? example a course starts every 6 months. the first time each week we deliver a chapter. (we would like to build the entire course and make the chapters availble one by one each specific day of the week). once the course is ended for this attendees they can access all but the new attendees can still access to each chapter weekly basis. is it possible? 3) after the payment of the course how do you associate that student with the right course paid? Are any LMS plugins required to make this theme work? What kind of reporting features are available? I would need a dashboard that tells me how long each user spent on each course with timestamps so I can tell who is taking the course seriously and who is just marking complete or skipping without really studying. Seeing how quickly they jumped from one course to the next would give insight into that in addition to the amount of time actually spent on page where they were active and didn’t just leave their browser open. Are these features available or is there a way to add them if not?

Having recently purchased the Guru theme from designthemes it did not have the dummy data xml file. I’ve tried to register for support and though it recognises my purchase code it just doesn’t send me a password to log in to the system so I’m stuck. Over hours I’ve tried more than once. Why is registration so iffy and why is it so hard just to get a simple dummy data file which should have been in the download folder anyway ?? Come on design themes – not an impressive start for a new customer is it ??

Hello, I’m trying to change the url from the “Read more about teachers” section. Generally says: domain.com/dt_teachers/teachers-name/ In my case, teachers are not called teachers, I need to get rid of the “dt_teachers” inside the URL and replace it with “co_founders” or something like that. So in the end, the url would be domain.com/co_fundadores/teachers-name/ ... I’m trying no more success. I found a wpml-config file that has dt_teachers, just change to co_founders or have another place. Please inform.

The dropdown of Mailchimp lists is not updating when I add new lists in Mailchimp. Yesterday I’d added a new API key a new list but it still is not working. Can you please support the latest version of the Mailchimp API so that these lists will update? Is there a limit on the number of lists that wil display in the theme settings?
