The license was already activated on 30th May 2024, so you are not able to activate the license again.
Your item support was expired around one year back, so you can renew the item support and create a support ticket for any further queries.

Hi, I’ve identified an issue in your theme that I believe should be addressed as part of the theme’s core support and not require a paid subscription just to raise.
Specifically, there’s a bug where variant products are displaying incorrectly when using the out-of-stock filter. This is directly related to your theme’s handling of product visibility and filtering logic.
Since this affects the proper functionality of the theme and can impact customer experience and sales, I would appreciate it if this could be looked into as part of standard support for theme users.

Filters are not programmed in theme, those are coming from Shopify application – Search & Discovery. If you check your catalog with Shopify default Dawn theme then you will see out of stock filter will work the same way. Unfortunately we cannot control Search & Discovery application as it is built by Shopify itself.

Issue:
Site Functionality not working without accepting cookies and in some cases it is not working even after accepting cookies. Please make this theme free from Dependency of accepting cookies. for Sake of functionality. Also we will be using Shopify internal cookie consent so user privacy will be maintained.
Some of the issue we are facing is add to cat button not working, cart icon button not working in header, menu button not working in mobile device.

We do not have any major critical issues in the current theme version, so there is no update in the progress at the moment but yes we will release update in coming months with some fixes if any, improvements and most probably a new feature of store locator.

It requires two line answer. You can validate the purchase with our user name, stop coming up with nonse reply with solution already we lost nearly 1000 on ads because of app conflict. You will get review then you can verify purchase.

I’ve asked then to deactivate the license on that site, one of your colleagues confirmed that it was deactivated from that domain and I wanted to use the license since I payed for it.

Hello,
Is it possible to display the corresponding country’s flag in the currency selector? For example, if a person connects from Chile, the Chilean flag would appear next to the CLP currency, or if they connect from the United States, the flag would appear next to USD.
Another question: Is it possible to disable the “I agree with the terms & conditions” checkbox? This slows down the purchase process and is not user-friendly.

We are showing currency code only, so there is no option to display country flag there but you can do code customisation by your developer or our paid customisation service to achieve that.

I am very impressed with the theme, it is one of the best available. The support team has been exceptional, consistently addressing my inquiries even when I’ve reached out multiple times. They actively listen to feedback and make improvements; for instance, they added a product-wise feature to the size guides after I suggested it. I truly appreciate that level of responsiveness.
Currently, the size guides allow for product-wise entries, which is fantastic. However, I have an additional suggestion: it would be even more efficient if this product-wise functionality could dynamically connect to a page metafield so it would update automaticly. At the moment, we need to manually add the HTML using a text product metafield so if many products have the same size guide we need to edit each one manually.
I am so satisfied with the theme that I plan to use it for another store in the future.

But when i purchased it, it appears included, the point it´s not working as the theme shows, when offer this theme, You need to update this correction, please check your theme and test the megamenu, why not appear the tittle of menu as you select the desired menu of your store. Not need to pay extra support . It Just show the list menu, So in each column you put the different menu no have tittle for section menu

In your Shopify backend > Content > Menus > Add menu and there you can add the label and link, so that will then be visible as menu section title for that part.

I know how to add Menu and title, but in your theme, the title of the menu is not showing in the Megamenu Option and each Style .

Please send the screenshot of Shopify navigation menu – Kids (5 – 8 Years).
We have just talked to support and found that menu navigation title will not be visible there. You can add title menu at 1st level and then under it add all menus, so first level menu will look bold and like title and other 2nd level menus will be normal.
