I’m trying to put the REAL dollar sign (R$) and only the® appears. Only happens on Hostify =(

Tried your template with WHMCS out of interest with Envato elements. It’s a great design in my opinion. Only two things that I’ve noticed:

- Digicert Marketconnect Extension works, but only if at least on EV Certificate is activated. If you do not activate one, you get an error page from WHMCS. (but works with default template).

- Second thing has been reported already, at least here in the comments section 3 years ago, but has still not been fixed: —> When you go to “Domain” section, the dropdown buttons don’t work. —> Here is the screenshot the user already uploaded three years ago: https://i.ibb.co/68nz2qL/unknown.png

But apart from these two things, your template is one of the best on the market in my opinion.

How can we disable the cache from the template? The cache keeps messing up the path to the assets folder and destroying the layout.

Sorry for the late reply.

You can’t disable the cache, but you can clear it. Go to WHMCS admin panel, then Utilities > System > System Cleanup, click “Go” button under “Empty Template Cache”.

I followed the theme documentation on how to install the theme. However, after I set the system theme to hostify, the website won’t load. It just shows a blank white screen.

Hi can you please send the latest version of the theme? Many issues on the clients end showed up on the new updates of WHMCS. Clients cant even proceed with their payments.

We bought your theme Hostify and installed it on whmcs.

When a guess access the website, it shows overrides variables on text, but when login as client, stop showing, it does show the name of variable. But when change template to Six, for example, logged as client it shows overrides variables on text.

Can you fix? Or what must I do to fix?

Hello, im having a weird problem with the theme. When i use it in my whmcs, when i try to access many client area items, it shows me a choose account page, but it shouldn’t since i am already logged in. But if i change it back to the default theme, this doesn’t happen. How can i fix this issue and remove this choose account page?

I’d like to remove the required name server fields from the client order page when they try ordering a VPS or Dedicated Server. I have found the HTML field in configureproduct.tpl. However, even when removing those it’s still requiring people to fill these fields in, even though these fields aren’t there no more. I wondered if you could help point me in the right direction and help me remove this option correctly, so I can fix this issue.

You stated 9 months ago, “Hostify” is based on “Six”. We are already working to upgrade “Hositfy” to be based on “Twenty-one”. Any timeline for the release based on “Twenty-One”.

What kind of customization do you want to do?

You can manage the website from an admin panel (WHMCS panel) you can update the products, publish news, and more.

But the template customization should be done by updating the HTML and CSS files.

I’ve followed the instructions and enabled the theme but it’s not changing/updating to Hostify on the clients side at all. Please help me fix this?

Disregard this, issue is fixed. However, for some reason, when using multiple currencies, it defaults to USD ($), when the default should be GBP £. The option for our clients to change their preferred currency is also missing, would you be able to add this in on the next update?

Hi, how do I change the logo? I tried replacing the logo.png file in the images folder, but it didn’t seem to change to our own logo on the template. It just says “Hostify” in bold letters.
