I asked you to try a fresh copy of the template to make sure that the template is working well because I know that you have some files that are not updated but I don’t know which files exactly and all of them are mentioned in the”Changelog” section.

Please make sure you updated the files correctly.

firstly, i can not register as the reaptcha is not working accordingly, it only allows me to enter 5 characters instead of 6

It seems your template is not updated to the latest version well, go to the “change log” section on this page https://themeforest.net/item/hostify-hosting-html-whmcs-template/20151243 and replace the mentioned files, also make sure you have the latest WHMCS version 8.1.0.

You can try the template by downloading a fresh copy and check it without modifications.

Please try it and let me know if it’s working or not.

Your website seems working very well without issues, except for the logo on the login and register pages, you need to fix the underneath content by adding the following code to the “custom.css” file:

    padding: 375px 60px 60px;
}

It seems your template is not updated to the latest version, you need to update the template and the WHMCS to the latest version 8.1.0

The issue is in this file “includes/captcha.tpl”, you can replace it, but I prefer to make sure about all the other files.

Thank you for creating Hostify theme! I have found two errors, one of is with RTL, the header disappears in some pages and could solve that by not loading “css/style-rtl.css” file.

The other issue is in the card templates, when there is “setup fees”, it shows this error: Error: Error: Call to a member function toPrefixed() on string in [whmcsdata path]/templates_c/7fb327e6f2507eb7eda1cb3363c661d36059d38b_0.file.products.tpl.php

I hope there is a way to fix this!
