The customer support has been outstanding even though there has been up to 2 days delay at times.

They have fixed bugs that I've been discovering as I've been building a site. My project isn't exactly a unique case, but it is not one that has been designed for.

This product is not ready for use with Drupal 8, especially with existing site installation. Following the instruction the seller provided doesn't lead to clean and nice installation, all you will get is an error message and you have to go back to your old theme. You will get into lots of problems that need fixes. You will have to install lots of libraries and even you will need to use composer to install some of them. (they can't be installed unless using composer) and still not work. I submitted many tickets as soon as I purchased the product and tried it. the seller advice was to use their full installation to avoid problems(the seller claimed that he fixed the errors and uploaded a new version). Even if you use their full installation there are still errors and you still need to waste your time trying to fix them or post a ticket and wait for the answer. I didn't have the chance to try the theme features and play around it as it didn't work in my existing site or even with clean fresh Drupal installation. The seller is not cooperative as I asked for a refund because the product is malfunctioning and not ready for Drupal 8 yet, he just wasted my time trying to fix it and upload another version the second day I submitted the ticket that still not working well and taking many hours to reply my tickets with unuseful answers that you can find easily if you google the errors.The seller shouldn't advertise the product for Drupal 8 and experiment how it works on customers. We pay money to get good products.

Themes by NikaDevs provide tools for Drupal that I haven't found anywhere else. The shortcodes and layout builder make it easy to build out a site the way I want. I've purchased several themes by NikaDevs. I've even used themes by NikaDevs on sites that required a custom look because of these tools. The integration of shortcodes with with Drupal Blocks and Drupal Views is incredibly helpful allowing you to drop in a view or block where you want it. Keep up the great work?

One of the first things in the Jango documentatation says, "This instruction are for people that have experience manually installing Drupal and importing databases." If I wanted to hire a developer to build a website, I wouldn't have purchased a template first. I would have hired a developer to build exactly what I want. Lay people buy themes because they don't now how to code/develop. Yet, the first thing in the instructions is: you must know how to develop in order to use this template. So I have a costly zip file on my hard drive. I am very adept with computers but don't know Drupal coding. I've spent an entire day and still don't have the template installed. It was built for developers, not lay people. It's useless. I purchased it because of the high rating. Extremely disappointed!
