Ok, I purchased this template and it was my first template purchase from envato. The template itself is the main reason for the rating. It is beautiful and has powerful features.
The big downside was the provided documentation. It was... not very good, mainly because of a language barrier issue. A lot of the instructions are vague and difficult to understand due to grammar and over generalization where specifics are needed.
The second challenge was the support, since you usually have to wait 24 hours for an answer. This was the biggest downside to me, so whatever you do, don't go to support thinking you are going to meet a deadline by a few quick back and forth support questions because you probably won't. Most issues were resolved in days, not hours.
But, in the end, the guy is pretty knowledgeable and also I must say that he's a pretty good troubleshooter for being on the other side of the planet and only having limited information about the problem.
So my final assessment of the overall product, with all three things here considered is that this theme is still unbelievably awesome if you can get it set up with the often unclear documentation and leisurely support.
Still, a well deserved 5 stars.
