First of all, have you purchased our theme? I can’t find a purchased code. however this is not a Job listing theme. it’s not possible to have like a job portal site. if you need to change them, you may have to find someone to help your customization.

Hi, unfortunately, the more I use your Theme the more serious problems appear. I have already paid my 3rd party developer a lot to make many things proper working. Now, finally I figured out, when installing checkout and price table, that there is another problem, means ,I can not adjust how many detail images I will allow for each level, same even with Videos, Video for all levels or nothing! Why that? That is really poor, you guys are good in design, but admin is awful, really not state of the art. What will you do to fix that problem? I asked months ago for WPML, to translate my site, but still nothing happened.

I am sorry to hear that. but you may need to understand a few things.
1st of all, If you have any problems, please contact our support team. As I already suggested you a few times, this is not a support forum to talk about support issues.
Our theme works properly and many clients are using it with happiness. if there is any bugs we fix as soon as possible as you see our update history and update fix files on our support sites. I believe that you don’t need to hire the 3rd part developers to use our theme if you want to have like our demo sites. the 3rd part developers are for personal customization. our theme is like a template.
I don’t see more serious problems. we have many features for admin as wordpress theme. the limit images is not a feature we have. it’s not a problem or any bugs to fix. we can’t have all what you (or a single buyer) wants as a template. we have been working on so many feature updates and we have enough common features. you are talking about an advanced option for payment. that’s not also a very common feature and it all takes time to create or build.

Pre-Sale Question:
I want to use the theme to make a panorama directory like geopress.net but with better search options and more features.
1) I can use the 3D iframe to insert the panorama in the header of each item, but is it possible to show the 3D image as default if availible on every item, instead of the featured image?
2) Is it possible to customize the Info box shown on maps? I dont need the Brief button and driving directions?
3) Is it possible to translate the theme to other language (danish)

1. It’s only for featured images. you need to make an image for featured images.
2. There is no option for it. you need to add some css codes.

Hello, So far i look i think your theme is really great, but submit form and bizzness model (i mean different product/services available for sell) is really poor…Do you intend to enhance that soon, and if yes when and what? If not is it possible to configure a better bizzness model? For example i want my client to have only one item but mak them pay for aditionnal datas/fields (by example if they want more then one photo: they pay more, if they want to post events, they pay more, etc…) thx!

As you may know, this is a directory theme and not for selling products. that’s why we don’t have as main feature. if you need to have that option, you may need to find a plugin for it. unfortunately we don’t have limit photos option at this moment. I don’t think our submit form is poor because of that option. that’s an advanced option you need. we have many good options.

Hello, I am not talking about selling product: i am talking about the different way i could sell membership: for exemple free membership can only put adress an one photo, silver member can put more photo, gold can add events, premium can add menu, etc So what is really important here is the capacity to choose and configure membership: Can JAvo do that? When i say that about the form it is not because of photos but because of ergonomy, design and simplicity. It is not really didactic for user actually (no offense of course). Have a look toward other directories for simplicity and form design. Also compared to you excellent template design the form is a little weird… But that’s ok for me if i find the functions i need. Thx!

Sorry for misunderstanding. we currently don’t have these advanced options. as you may know, the payment part is not a simple work to create. we use the 3rd part plugin for it and it takes time to create these options in the plugin. our developers are fully busy for many requests and our plans. we may need to see them later. we will also have a look at our form and see what we can do.

Hi! I am very interested in your theme and i have some pre-sale questions regarding the functionality of the template.
1) Can we have multiple categories\subcategories\sub-subcategories Example: Sleep \ Hotels \ 5star \ name or Sleep \ Apartments \ 2star \ name
2) Can we have the subcategories & sub-subcategories listed on the search form below each category as done with Location – sublocation?
3) In the List by Location, is there an option to filter the results by Category, subcategory & sub-subcategory?
4) Can the field “Views” (in List by Cat.) be changed/removed or replaced from the search form?
5) Is there any option for sorting the search results (in List by Cat./Loc.) by name, most recent etc?
6) Concerning the submitted listings, is there any option for an admin to lock some features to the users depending the submission package they choose? Example: Free account: Can ONLY add photos and edit description of listing. Premium account: All above +adding videos +adding business details (email, phone, website etc)
7) On the items page, can i change the name of a tab and redirect them to another link? Example: the Events Tab to be renamed Book Now and redirect to another page…
On the items page is there a way (css?) to change the location of the tabs right after the image slider or their position is fixed?
9) On the map-wide and if it is possible to add subcategories and sub-subcategories, how would it be displayed? (would the subcategories and sub-subcategories be after Category fields and before Location fields?)
10) What SEO options are there for the listings and in general for the template?
11) I have read a lot of comments about the speed of the site, and i have tested it (the demo and some websites using your template) by myself on various test speed sites. The result shows that indeed it loads a bit too slow (first – full load of homepage between 17 & 23 seconds on ADSL internet connections – this is an average time from all the sites that i have tested) and i am wondering is there any way or any plugins you recommend on fixing this and achieve at least half of this time needed to load? (after the first load the cache works and the load time is almost 1/3 than the first load).

1. You can have sub categories. however we recommend 2 depths of sub categories. it might be little hard to find that many depths for your users.
2. Yes it’s possible.
3. if the result is maps, then you can have more filters.
4. No it’s not possible to remove or change.
5. We have a few types of search result. please have a look at our demo sites. there is a filter.
6. We don’t have these options to limit images / videos.
7. You can change the name or disable but you can’t add others. we have a custom tab (for only admin). you can add your custom content.
8. it’s hard to change only by css. you need to customize some html codes.
9. Unfortunately it’s not possible.
10. Yoast SEO plugin works fine with our theme.
11. I don’t see it’s that slow. even our demo server is not in local, it’s not that slow. there is a server near our local, it’s really fast enough.please also check with gt matrix. you can also use some cache plugin to make it faster.

1. I am not sure which one. if the search form is auto complete, then it is.
2. there is mostly no option to hide location field. it’s based on map and it was built with location. I mean it’s necessary to have it.

Hi there,
On the 3d imaging option. Is that just a file that the theme handles? I know there are Apps out there like PhotoSynth (by Microsoft) that allow you to take this type of imaging from your smartphone. But my question is, does the theme just handle the file? Or do you have to upload the image to Google Maps? Can you explain how that works better?
I am ready to buy, but need that answered.
