Hi, i’m using business finder theme and will ask: if i activate javo theme my items/categories/locations works fine or i must upload another time? is wpml compatible with last version? can i limit access to an user to manage only 1 or 3 items or make limitations for other functions?

If you are using another themes, there are different post types and taxonomies. you may need to upload them again. wpml should be working fine. there are some payment options to limit amount of posts, duration, price and charging for featured items.

I pre sale question, your theme seems great but there is something strange… To try it i tried an address in Melbourne just close to one already existing items… and it return “not item found”... and doesn’t give me the map items that are around the address i entered … is there a way to do so? To get that item i have to type in the exact address, and in that case the other item don’t appear on the map… i would like a way to make all the markers appear every time !

Okay so i went here : http://javothemes.com/directory/demo2/
If i type in : Australia.. everything is fine i get to a map with a lot of markers …
Now if i type in : 100-1 Spring Street Melbourne VIC i get : no results found… thats fine maybe there is nothing at that location… but i should still be able to see all the markers around… and in that case i get a map with no markers…
Other example so you can perfectly understand my point… if i type in : Kororoit Creek Road, Newport VIC 3015, Australie… i get 1 result… great ! But if i unzoom the map.. now i only have this marker
The point is in my web app i would prefer that all markers remains visible at all time…

Our map shows the location markers only from the address you added. this is also from google api. if you add “Australia”, the map shows markers only in Australia. not other locations. if you need to see others, you need to reset the address or change the address.

- Can I add custom field into single list form for users?
- Can I add 2 or more buttons to a single list (buttons that redirect to item’s website, item’s e-commerce site or others external url)? For ex: “Go to shop” button, or “Go to site” button… all buttons displayed into single item page.
- Can I import DEMO 1, DEMO 2, DEMO 3 content (not images) in order to make some tests? Almost I need the HOME page of the single DEMOS.

1. Yes it’s possible to use custom fields. it’s global ones.
2. Unfortunately we don’t have that options. (buttons) but there is website url to link to a url
3. Do you mean you want to import several demos on a site? if so, yes you can do and remove or modify what you want.

Just a quick suggestion to javo team: If you would name all your demo images e.g. “javo-demo-imagename.jpg” it would be one click to filter it out to delete it later, when demo content is not needed any more. Also if you would name all other demo content like pages, posts ect “javo-demo-” it’s easier to find an delete.

Hi Javo, I’m intrested in the theme, it basically has all the things i need, it looks clean and beautifull, and your support as i noticed is top class. So congrats for that and thanks in advance for your feedback.
Still need to change the layout in some aspects:
Here it’s what I need. For the single entry page i need to have map on one side like in the map(box) section. and also have some featured listings in the same category as the single entry there also. Can I have that easily in your theme? I can work with support as i am a wp developer myself, i just need to cut some corners in developing this site.
Can i use leaflet/openstreetmap as an alternative to google map as it dosen’t have any limitations, will it be too hard to port the from the theme from google maps?
Now some easy questions I need to know:
Are there any other plugins that i must purchase for the theme to work as expected?
Is the code easy to manipulate, and are the functions within documented?
I want the theme to be as light as possible, can i strip down various useless plugin ( sliders/lightbox etc ) without affecting other components?

Thank you for your compliment. it’s a good motivation to us.
If you see our single item pages, there is a map on the top. this is same category items on the real item. it sounds great if you can handle wp codes. however our developers can’t help customization as you may know.
I don’t think it’s easy to customize with leftlet/openstreetmap. there are too many codes are related with google API and script.
you don’t need to purchase any. all of them (listed on our item description) are included. we purchased extended licences.
Is the code easy to manipulate, and are the functions within documented? => It’s hard to answer if I don’t know how much knowledge you have about codes. our codes followed bootstrap, wordpress, google api. simple parts are easy to do.. for deep customization, it’s up to you.
please make sure that customization is out of our hand once you do. it’s hard to assist.

Nice theme. 4 questions…
1. Can I change the titles in the previews that say Move, Detail and Popup
2. The button popup do not pop up at all it open in a new page?
3. can I change the front page through the VC?
4. I can filter by views, but in the single listing I can not see any views. Can I add that? or whats the meaning with this filter

1. You need to use a child theme for it and we have a video tutorial for it.
2. yes it opens new tab page.
3. Do you mean the front (home) page? if so, yes. we also have ultimate plugin which has more shortcodes. it’s all included.
4.views means like “order by”. how do you want to order.

1/ Yes, i did a test
2/ its a rental project – it may work with out it – but it would be ideal to have the price displayed on the search results somehow. that would almost seal it for me. The other classified type themes which do have a price field don’t quite visually look as good. So I am trying to see if I can customize to suit the project.
I really like the styling – concerns over performance (i hope they can be overcome) – trying to decide between a few theme options

Its more equipment rental than a rental accommodation site though. I already have a booking solution in mind so I just need to sort out the display price.
However, an airbnb type configuration would be awesome, but I do need to get the project off ground to build some traction/awareness.
I will give it some more thought to see if I can find a way around it using your theme.
