Looks nice, but if your demo is so slow I can’t be sure any site I create won’t be as slow, or even slower, given that one assumes you know enough to put it on proper hosting. Sorry but the demo is probably damaging your sales..

it is not slow at all now. please check it out. it might be slow shortly due to some hosting issue. our demo site is on a shared hosting. that’s why it could happen sometimes. it is basically fast enough to run.

$100k of sales and you’re using bluehost shared hosting for a demo site? If a demo site with dummy data is slow, what chance do working sites have of achieving a reasonable speed? I checked the demos on pingdom and they agree regards speed. It’s a shame, as it’s not too bad looking.

We don’t want to talk about the money issue or bring up. but we are not that rich. however it doesn’t matter with hosting fee. we had some issue to move servers with huge data of our demo, the delay and some reason. that’s why we decided to stay current hosting which works fine. thank you for your advice.

I don’t think it’s possible with 3rd part plugins for agents. unfortunately it’s not also possible to add ratings for them.

No brother. I am talking about PROPERTY RATING not in STAR FORM. Can you convert the PRESENT STAR RATING to PIE CHART RATING, in your present theme with present functionality.

Can this theme also be used as travel theme? adding several destinations and hotels? will it be possible to add a travel search and booking form? which one would you recommend for this purpose?

The theme looks to be working fine with few listings added. Please tell me if it is tailored to comfortable use (in terms or speed of theme) to serve for example 5000 listings? Is it supposed to have any performance issues under such load?

Hi there,
Great looking theme. I’ve seen other potential buyers mention this before and I would like to also state that the theme needs to have user customisable options for membership levels. For example, I would create:
Basic package – gives you name address and email address in one category. Standard package – as per the basic package plus one photo and two categories. Premium package – As per standard package plus 5 photos, multiple categories plus featured listing. Etc.
Once this type of feature is added, I will purchase the theme. The current membership options don’t really suit my plan for monetising the theme.

Hi, I can’t upload my logos. This has been an advertising for the writers of the theme.
1. I can’t upload my logos or favicon image. I get
“Request Entity Too Large. The requested resource /wp-admin/options.php does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit. i have increased all memory limits including ini’s, still nothing. Users are seeing javo logo, If I don’t resolve this, some might feed off my ideas. 2. Promembership plugins seem to occupy memory. Upload delays up 18 to 24 seconds. 3. By using visual editor to retouch my pages, I can’t save them. i get error as well. 4. I find “javo directory” url strings on some of my pages and requests.
Please how may I resolve these issues? I am paralized and behind schedule.

The logo issue is not a common. our clients don’t have this issue with our theme. it might be from another issue such as plugins or server.

I need to know which page you are talking about. if it’s the front page shortcodes, you can do that. the shortcode is very flexible you can add your any images and you just need to add link of the category. it’s id now and it will be also possible to add slug in near future.

Hello, This theme is awsome. I have only 1 question. When client want to login to website and if they miss username or password they have been redirect to /wp-login.php.
How can i change to they if they miss some word to not be redirect to /wp-login.php, just they need to see massage they type wrong username or password in the field. i dont want they to see wp. Thanks

Our theme is based on wordpress. that’s why it goes. if you want to make wp login page different (design). you can find some plugin to do that. I don’t think we have any other option at this moment. we will see what we can do.
