Another prepurchase question.
The listings I’m planning to add in bulk mode, are located in a city where Google doesn’t show street addresses (just street, no block/house numbers).
How are the latitude&longitude coordinates work when adding a listing through master admin interface? If add manually the coordinates, does the pin move to the coordinates I’m indicating?
I’m asking, because, in the user interface, the coordinates do nothing, they’re just showing up when I introduce a street address.

I am not sure what you mean. Do you mean if there are some location which are not support by google street view, how you can make it? there is coordinates input box for street view. you can add near by and make it to show.

I have the exact GPS coordinates of all locations. When I add all the listings (via bulk import, ether one by one) – will the map take the locaton from the coordnates or it will ignore the coordinates and take only the street address as reference.
Here is an example of what I mean: There is a city, where Google doesn’t know the exact street address (just the name of the street, no block/house numbers). Let’s say there are 2 listings on Street X, with these exact addresses:
a) Listing 1 on str. X, nr. 1 and
b) Listing 2 on str. X, nr. 100
Because Google doesn’t know the exact block number, it will show both listings on the same spot on the map, in the middle of street X.
So the question is: will the map place the marker on the middle of the street (based on street address) or on exact location (based on GPS coordinates I indicate).

I’ll insist, though. Let’s say I have no street address, but I have the GPS coordinates. Will the map on Javo show the exact location based on the coordinates or it will show no address?

Of course: the address is bd. Dacia 1, Chisinau, Moldova (when you indicate this street address Google maps places mark in the middle of the street – which is far from truth).

yes we added the coord and it places the marker but there is no streeview. we can’t add it on our demo site to show you. it will change whole map zoom.

Is it possible to have more control on where the footer banner ad appears as at the moment the same ad is on every web page. If it could be that the home page spot and then say another spot for specified pages it would be better to monetize. Thanks again

If you have your own pages, you can add banners with visual composer. you can also add some on side with text widget. we will try to add some more on pages which do not support visual composer.. like fixed pages.

In Membership options can we have a checkbox of all the access that can be provided to the person who claims his business. Like Free users can’t upload feature images or they can’t edit address, email from the frontend.
Is there any option by which we can remove the delete listing option from the frontend, i want that the last right to remove the listing or not should rest in the hands of the site owner from backend.

Do you mean on the box style map page? you can get css to hide the map. but it might look little not good without maps.
The membership can be setup by only admin. we don’t have options for feature images and others yet. we may add more in the future such as amount of images.
hide delete option : you may need to talk to our support team. they will provide you some css.

I’m interested in this theme but I have a few questions:
1) is the WPML issue resolved yet?
2) I need to add a “sort” option using geolocation tracking from the users current location (E.G. 1km away, 2km away, etc. ) Is this possible? Do you support the GeoDirectory plugin, for example?
3) How does the Facebook login & direct registration system work? Is it fully setup with the theme?
4) Just to confirm; where is it possible to charge users via PayPal for a directory submission?
5) I need a way of sending SMS notifications to registered users, does your login system use the regular WordPress assigned roles (e.g. subscribers?) I want to integrate this plugin: http://codecanyon.net/item/wp-sms-pro/9380372

Hi Rob,
I found an SMS plugin and the developer has assured me that it can work with any theme. As for the sorting options, I will just assign categories based on my criteria as I see that your theme sorts by category. The only issue is WPML.
What is the problem with WPML exactly? What is not being translated? I’m ready to purchase your theme but it is contingent on whether or not this issue can be resolved. My client is in Montreal which is a bilingual city (English & French). It is a 100% necessity to have a bilingual website.

I am interested in this perfect theme.Before purchase,I have two questions:
1: Because of the totally block to google map in China,Can you give some instructions on using offline google map data of China ,so we can avoid continuing request to the google map data and get nothing. It is important for China users,if not ,it will be useless.
2. On map page of your demo site,when I use Samsun galaxy 3, It seems there are no reactions when finger gets touch categories and items of buttons on left side of wide map. Please kindly check it.

Another Question: Item page ,such as Queens airport , tab “location” , for Get direcions ,”address of departure” ,could you please add one function that user can directly click one place on the map ,or automatically use user’s Geo. location on the map,which will be more usefull .

2. We have checked with galaxy 3 and it works fine. do you mean filter buttons? it works fine for me.
We don’t have this option yet. however it sounds great. I will talk to our developer and try to add this option in near future. not too soon. they are currently busy at this moment.

Great looking product. Lots of user friendly features. I have only one issue before purchase. I notice on the HOME PAGE MAPS the map icon and popup are not animated like you have on MAPS WIDE and MAPS BOX. They are two totally different popups. I need the HOME PAGE MAPS to show the MAPS WIDE/BOX popups, with all the same features inside the popup box on MAPS WIDE/BOX. From what I can see that is the only problem I have. Thank you.

When is the custom tab option going to be ready? I see so many requests for this and would like to know so I can plan my site properly instead of having to change the event tab in to something else which really takes away a lot of the value to the site I am developing

Having separate tabs for reviews and ratings seems redundancy as alot of people have stated. Is it not possible to combine them and that would leave a tab for products or something more useful for companies. There is no way for a company to show theit products which alot of companies would find of value

If you don’t have a feature image on items, there is an option to add an alternate image. theme settings >> General >> Blank Image Settings. then your own blank image will be showing.

HI, I have a concern about the geometric elements on the “Home (crowded)” page, for the circles, as well as the rectangle to the left beneath the title are quite disproportional to me, Are these graphic files I could simply overwrite, or be managed through scripting, maybe CSS?
Right there, in the middle one of three circles on the slider (“Home, crowded”) there is a picture element shown. Is that a picture representing a category, or is it probably a thumbnail of a picture that is included on the referring page? Can I turn these circles on/off individually?
And again, for the zoom effect on the pictures under “categories” within the page “Home (crowded)”, are you going to implement an option to turn this off, as it really bothers me. Yet this effect is found on the side bar too!
One more question regarding the “Location” element on an item page: Is this included in the theme as is, without having to add an external plugin that would make this work as shown, explicitly regarding the “Get directions” function?

Yes it can be changed simply with CSS code. we will also make it little bit right side. you can also change with CSS.
Yes that’s the category of this item and there is an option to show / hide on the shortcode.
If you need to turn off, our support team will assist you. they will provide you simple CSS code.
You don’t need any plugins. we have already added js and linked to google api.

1) Sorry for the inconvenience: There is no WPML compatibility stated for this theme, when will it be available?
2) For now, do you see any chances to turn the interface into german?I mean could I simply define on the backend, that elements should be appearing in german, in typing in german words? This is especially meant for the item pages, (a) with all the tabs from location to reviews, and (b) for the items shown on the frontpage map, you see, the interface elements – buttons etc.?

Can you tell me if I can limit how many images (photos) a user can upload to there listing as this could mean thousands of images being uploaded by clients which could cause problems. I would like to be able to limit the photos per package? Thanks.

My item details show the heading “Translate Test”. I’m sure this is an error as it doesn’t mean anything. I can’t find where to edit this. This appears both on a fresh install and on versions using your demo data.

1. Do you mean like.. Newyork (13)? it mean 13 items in New york. we have only category counts and shortcodes. however we are planing to have location shortcodes. I can’t say we can add the count very soon. however we will add it.
2. I am not really sure what you mean. can you please give me little more details about unique number to each trade registration?
3. Unfortunately we don’t have that option yet. it’s little advanced one than we have.

i have just realized an update was released on the 26 of November.
Anyway i re-post a questio asked a few weeks ago.
It would be a top notch if it would have a “Search around my position” option beyond “Search on map” on Home page. I really don’t like the workflow of your theme. First a user can search on home page and then is redirected to the map page where, almost hidden on top left corner, there’s a slider for Searching around my position. It doesn’t seems really user friendly.
Also pin clustering is a must.
And finally i don’t like how the widgets in sidebar are implemented (Featured Items, New shops, New reviews). They are just a picture with a zoom effect. No other information. What’s the sense of this?
For what reason should a user click on the thunbnails, withour knowing what they are referred to? I mean at least name of the company and category should be included.
I really like your theme, but i think you should have to improve usability on those basic functions.
Once implemented i’ll be glad to be one of your customers.
