Hello, we are using Moodle 3.2.1 and since the last theme update, we were unable to move the Quiz Navigation block to the right side of the quiz page. Is there a way around it? Thank you!

Hi there,
I’m really sorry to ask you a support here, but there are some minutes that I’m trying to do this in your support system without success. So, I attach here the request only for the slideshow:

Hi there, I’m trying to show the slideshow in home page for logged in users and non logged in both.
I’ve uploaded an image (1920×800px), insterted the caption title and caption description, but the slideshow doesn’t appear.
Have you any ideas about that?
Thank’s for support
Solved guys!
But if you solve the issue on your support desk it’s better
Thanks a lot.
good to hear that your issue with the slideshow is solved. But I am not aware of any problems with the support desk and the company which is running the forum software hasn’t reported any downtimes. So please tell me more about the issues which you have experienced at the support desk. You can send me a message via the contact form at my ThemeForest profile page:

Many thanks in advance.
How to make the home page the login page?
I have just replied to your support ticket.
Hi. I would like to access to the demo-version. Could you guys provide me a user and password? Thanks in advance
Thank you for your interest in Theme Lambda for Moodle.
However, I don’t plan to provide any access data for the demo site. Every course in the demo site is open for guest access, so you can get quite a good impression of how a course will look like. If you want to know how the theme can get customized and how the theme options are set up, you can take a look at the online documentation: http://redpithemes.com/Documentation/assets/index.html
At the theme’s demo site, you can also see some screenshots of the admin settings page (-> slideshow): http://lambda.redpithemes.com/mod/book/view.php?id=308&chapterid=10
The theme follows the Moodle standards and so of course all admin settings, activity modules and the course creation will work in the way you are used to.
Hi, I would like to change the login page because i will integrate Office 365 for the authentication. It is possible to put a HTML file (index.html) to start session and then customize the Logout bouton on the profile ? Thanks

Hi eva_pi,
I’ve been reading your answers regarding the move from Bootstrap v2 to v4 as part of Moodle core, and I have a question.
I’m part of a team that is looking at using Lambda for our site from July, when we upgrade from 3.2 to 3.5. We’re also using (or hoping to use) bootstrap elements throughout our course spaces – the grid system, in particular, but also a number of other individual components and elements. I understand that many of these elements will change with Bootstrap v4 (I know that the grid, for instance, has a completely different naming scheme and structure).
Any suggestions on how to deal with that within course content? I’d hate to have to go through every page and redo the html, but I’m not sure there is any way around it.
(On the other hand, I would hate to keep using Bootstrap v2 forever just to avoid having to make those changes!)
I realise this is not strictly theme-specific, but since Lambda does such a good job of highlighting the Bootstrap-specific comments available, I thought I would ask!
Thanks!
Hi,
thank you for your interest in Theme Lambda for Moodle.
Actually I am fully sure yet how to provide the best user experience for switching from a Bootstrap 2.3 based theme to one that’s using BS 4. I’m afraid that it will be necessary to verify and go though each page. I am currently planning to offer a plugin for the Atto editor to convert Bootstrap 2.3 markup to Bootstrap 4 with a single mouse click – that should keep the necessary work at a minimum.
Ah, that would be very helpful! Thanks for replying.
i request for a refund 5 days ago, please approve the refund, thanks
It seems that you have contacted the wrong author: You have never purchased my item “Theme Lambda for Moodle”. If you don’t receive a response from the author, you can re-send your request for a refund to the envato support to raise a dispute.
I bought this theme and suddenly it just looks awful though no fault of my own.amyone have any suggestion?
Hi,
it’s technically impossible that a theme “suddenly looks awful” without any changes to the site or server settings.
As already mentioned in a previous response you’re free to contact me for support requests via my profile page.
is it this bit perhaps /login/index.php?authldap_skipntlmsso=1
At first, please update the theme. This should solve your issue.
I have the same problem as psvec I have upgraded to 3.6.3 Hi, the problem is not with the login/index.php but with the frontpage login form. Is it the hidden input field? This hidden input field is also in login/index.php
Hi,
after an upgrade of your Moodle site, you always have to make sure that you are using the latest theme version and that you have uploaded the correct zip file for the theme which fits to your new Moodle version.
If this doesn’t help you, please send me an email at redpithemes[at]gmail.com together with the url to your site
I see you are working on a new Moodle theme based on the Boost core (separate to Lambda). Whilst we have been very happy with Lambda we will be looking to move to a Boost based theme early next year.
Do you have any details about the new theme (including the anticipated release date)? If it’s as full featured as Lambda, we’d be very interested in taking a look at it.
Hi,
my roadmap has changed a little bit because of the release notes for the upcoming Moodle version 3.7. All Bootstrap 2.3 based themes will get deprecated with this new Moodle version. So I will – contrary to my earlier plans – at first publish a new Bootstrap 4 based update for Theme Lambda. This version will of course include all features that the old version offers – plus some new enhancements!
After that, I will continue to work on my new BS4 based theme. But due to the focus on the update of Theme Lambda, it is still in an early stage of development and there is nothing exciting which I can show you yet…
The theme was working very well util I updated it (I have not updated Moodle before I updated the theme). When I log into my moodle the pictures are no longer in order and the carousel has now gone down the left side. Has anyone else expereinced this problem? I cannot justify spending MORE money on support.
who said that you have to do that? Even if your support period is expired you can send me a message via the contact form at my ThemeForest profile page:

Hi there.
I was just wondering if this theme will be updated to the new Bootstrap versions for Moodle 6.7?
Hi,
don’t worry: I am already working on a theme update for Moodle 3.7. Of course I will keep Theme Lambda compatible with the upcoming Moodle versions.
I am not fully sure yet how to handle the Bootstrap versions. I think I will provide a “legacy” update which will still be based on Bootstrap 2.3 and also a full new version based on Bootstrap 4.
Hello, We are running Moodle on an offline server, that only has internet breakout for verification and update purposes. Can we successfully run your theme on such an environment without issues, if all other assets are also local?
Thanks
Hi,
thank you for your interest in Theme Lambda for Moodle.
It is possible to run the theme local without an active internet connection with only a few restrictions: You won’t be able to select any Google fonts at the theme settings and you can’t use the new version 5 of the Font Awesome icons.
But you can use the Font Awesome version 4 icons and you are also able to upload any custom font.
Hi there!
I have a question, where can I modify the login template?, my Moodle version is 3.6.3 , because in the file loginform.mustache can’t find some classes like “loginpanel”
Thanks and regards

Hi Eva
Lambda is AMAZING. Thank you.
The good folks at moodle have decided to STOP supporting themes based on bootstrap 2, and are moving to bootstrap 4 as of moodle version 3.7.

Will you be porting Lambda to work with version 3.7 under boostrap 4?
Thank you so much
SORRY!
Just saw last message
Ignore me. I’m dumb.
Hi, I have a question regarding the upcoming Moodle 3.7. They say themes based on Bootstrap version 2 (including bootstrapbase, Clean and More) will be deprecated and removed from core. Is this affecting Lambda and if yes will there be a new version coming?
Hi,
don’t worry: I am already working on a theme update for Moodle 3.7. Of course I will keep Theme Lambda compatible with the upcoming Moodle versions.
Thx, good news! Just wanted to have confirmation if the future update comes we can still rely on Lambda
Hello,I have three moodle sites in my university .Can I set up the theme in all sites?

Hello, is the theme compatible with Moodle version 3.6.2+ (Build: 20190215)?
Hi,
thank you for your interest in Theme Lambda for Moodle. And don’t worry: The current theme version is already compatible with the latest Moodle versions 3.6.2+. But unfortunately ThemeForest doesn’t provide a tag for Moodle 3.6 yet. So all I could do is to add a banner at the item’s large preview image to inform about the compatibility…
Hello, since the last update of the theme (19 Feb), Moodle forum posts appear strange (like they are in a table and from right to left).
We are running Moodle 3.2.
Thank you for your help!
Hi,
this issue should already be fixed: Please download the latest theme version from ThemeForest again. After an update, everything should be displayed correctly again.
OK, great! Thanks a lot for the prompt response.
